of focusing on selling, you need to focus on building the know, like, and trust factor with your audience. People only buy from those
they know, like, and trust. If people don’t know you,
if they don’t like you, or they don’t trust you,
you’re just wasting your energy trying to get a sale. Think about it; if you were on your way to Best Buy to buy a new TV,
you’ve done your research, you know the exact model
that you wanna get, and you’re sitting at a
stoplight on the drive there, and some kinda shady guy walks up to you with a shopping cart and
a box that has the label for the exact model, the
television you’re going to go buy. And he offers to sell it to you for less than what you were about
to pay at Best Buy. Would you buy it? For most people, that’s a definite no. Why? Because you don’t know, you don’t like, and you don’t trust this guy. You have no faith that it would work, the television that you purchased, and you have no faith that it isn’t just some stolen merchandise. So you continue on your way to Best Buy to pay more for the television, but to have more peace of mind. You know Best Buy. You’ve liked your previous
purchasing experience with them, and you trust that you will be buying exactly what you are told
it is, and that it works. So focus on building that know, like, and trust factor with your audience. So tip number two is that
you need to provide value. People aren’t on social media to shop. They are there to be entertained, to connect with others,
and to get information. So you need to provide them with value that fits into one or
more of these reasons. So whatever your industry, your niche is, provide useful information that your audience will appreciate. Connect with your audience,
engaging with them on posts and through messages. And whenever possible,
entertain them as well. Doing these three things
