hey everyone welcome to finding work at home jobs on YouTube and today's video I'm gonna talk about a company named world travel Holdings right now they are looking for help desk analysts and this is a 100% work from home opportunity so you'd be working with the IT support team and the ideal candidate it says what would have experience with frontline support and you would also be proficient with desktop support Microsoft Windows Active Directory and office 365 so and you'd need to kind of be a techie and also be able to monitor the technical support queue you need to at least have a high school diploma or equivalent plus at least two years of helpdesk experience and then as far as what state you would need to live in they are currently only hiring and let's see actually I don't have that list here but it does say that they are not hiring in Arkansas I'm sorry Alaska California Hawaii Kentucky North Dakota Ohio Oregon or Pennsylvania so if I did not mention your state then it's safe to say that they are hiring in your state so now I had a co-worker of mine who used to work or who yeah who I believe still does work for world travel police I haven't spoken to him recently he loved it it was paid training they paid him very well they offered him 40 hours a week plus and he just it was fantastic he was actually training on the beach in Hawaii I always love to tell that story because I just can't believe that he just got paid to sit on the beach on his laptop in Hawaii so anyway but he was working as a travel pro this is again a help desk position and so I'm going to go ahead and put the link – this job lead at the very bottom of this video so if that's something that you're interested in please do go ahead and apply and if you're not really in the helpdesk space then just go back to my website and go ahead and look at the customer care representative and Travelpro positions I'm not sure if they're hiring right now but I know that they do hire for these two positions from time to time so I hope that helps thanks so much and look forward to putting together a new video for you very very soon
