hey guys in today's video I'm going to show you a work at home job lead that just came out from a company named hotels night it's for customer service escalation representatives from home but before I do I wanted to share with you a page that I wrote on my website a while back and it's how to basically work at home from anywhere in the world basically which companies hire consistently worldwide so I know that from time to time it's one of the most asked questions I get are you hiring from this country I'm from that country I know recently someone posted a comment are you hiring from Africa and I apologize for not responding quickly or maybe even yet I have been working but I did want to just mention this in the video that if you're looking for companies that hire worldwide this is probably your best bet so I'm gonna put this link at the bottom of this video and you can take a look at some of the companies that hire and some of the things that you can expect to do so anyway just take a look at this but just to give you an idea some of the things you can do you can work as a virtual assistant you can work as a translator or you can you can work in data entry you might be able to do analysis internet analysis for several companies owned by Google that hire worldwide you can do transcription I don't know very many customer service jobs because obviously language is an issue it depends on what country you live in in what country what language is needed you know so anyway just take a look at this list and that's the best thing I can give you I know some people ask me like I had someone asked me just recently do you have any chocolates coming out of Africa well I mean not really because I just take a look at the job leads that I get and so sometimes they come from different coach countries sometimes they only come from the US but I I don't have like a job board that comes strictly out of Africa so that's basically something you're probably going to have to look at this list and take a look at these companies and see if what they're offering is something you'd like to do and then see if it's available in your country that's that's probably the best advice I can give you and suggestion I can give you on that but anyway for today and the last video of the week I am going to share with you a virtual position coming from a company named hotels tonight they are looking to hire customer escalations representatives and again it is a virtual position so you would be providing phone support to hotel tonight customers again these are escalated calls so usually it's people who call in and say let me speak to your manager let me I'm unhappy about the situation and so they want to speak to a supervisor so you might get people who are not really happy so just like to let you know it's this job position is for someone who is okay with that and can deescalate situations with a lot of skill so yeah you're gonna need to have some call center experience you're gonna need to have a lot of reliable high-speed internet you're going to need to be tech savvy you're gonna need to have I like how they say it here high emotional intelligence empathy and strong active listening skills listen most of these people I've dealt with escalating calls a lot when I was working from home in a virtual call center environment and the best if I said I can give you what these escalated calls is really you're just gonna have to be a good listener don't interrupt listen that's number one advice number two advice have a great deal of empathy I'm so sorry Wow I apologize this is not the experience we wanted to give you I want to try to make it right and so um just listen and have a lot of empathy and that'll take you 90% of the way I promise you anyway so that is Hotel tonight and here's what they also offer just let you know they do offer benefits so they do offer benefits they offer of course that you can work from home 401k plan with match they have for paid vacation they offer hotel credits every quarter and a $50 per month um stipend and internet stipend to help offset the cost of high-speed Internet which is kind of nice and unfortunately they're not hiring in all states so they're only hiring in these states right now Oregon Washington State Texas Florida Wisconsin and Illinois so that's hotelTonight customer escalations representative and it's a virtual position so I'll be back on Monday for your next round of job leads and hopefully I'm going to offer you a lot more I'm going to try to look for those interesting ones those ones that are a little off the beaten path they are out there and I hope to find them for you so in the meantime best of luck thanks so much for visiting my channel I truly appreciate it and thanks for those of you who commented and asked questions and really appreciate all of you thanks so much
