hey guys welcome to 2018 and this is finding work at home jobs calm bringing you the newest daily job leads for today January 4th 2018 so happy new year I hope you guys had a wonderful holiday season and I'm looking forward to bringing you lots and lots of daily job leads coming up and in January there are lots of companies hiring the job boards are filled to overflowing so if you're looking for a home based job right now is the time to look there are tons of companies that are hiring and I'm just gonna go through just a smidgen just a little bit of what is out there today but I'm gonna post let's get started on the newest job leads for today there is a company named cannabis media and yes it's cannabis as in marijuana and they specialize in information on cannabis so anyway they are hiring for several virtual positions and the one that I was interested in of course you can look at any one that you want but was for that of a market researcher so they are hiring right now this one has been up for a while so either they're on a huge hiring spree or they haven't found the person that they want salary $12 an hour and it says no phone calls so that is Kanab is media next data collectors are needed by a company named retail data and it does say that it is based out of West Virginia but I noticed that they said that they were hiring across the country so if you're interested in this this is not a work at home position so I know some of you've gotten mad and kind of shouted on me on comments this is not a work at home position well I know some of these aren't work at home but these are flexible positions so if you're just looking for a job is to kind of fill in as a filler this might be something that you can look at they do pay well they give you money back for mileage that you drive it's again it's flexible work schedules it's independent work you do get access to a 400 401 400 401 K after 750 hours and six months of service completed and even employee stock purchase after first year of employment so if you're just looking for something kind of easy to do this is kind of a neat thing it's a part-time data collector and you just go and do pricing audits usually in different stores or bigger stores like Best Buy and you just you're checking prices so they'll train you on how to do it again it's flexible work not from home but they are hiring if you're looking for something right away you have experience with as it like an accountant there are several jobs that are available this one is for sales tax research analyst based out of the United States and this one is offered by tax jar there is another one though for those of you who live in Canada and this one is offered buy into it so if you based out of Canada you want to work from home into it is hiring and again it's on my daily job leads page I'm going back up here a little bit the next one I wanted to show you this one was really interested interesting but it's for those of you who live in Dallas Texas and specifically you have to live within 80 miles of Coppell Texas this is offered by Triple A and this is basically insurance work you do get pretty extensive training this is a work from home position but it's work from home after six months of working for Triple A so you would have to go into the Coppell Texas branch office and train there for six months no word on the training schedule but I'm assuming it's a nine-to-five kind of thing after six months then you have the option to work from home and you would have to attend coaching and training nolan's no less than once per month pay is 32,000 per year if you're just starting out with no insurance experience if you have an active pnc license and you can start out close to thirty nine thousand two hundred fifty per year so that's pretty good pay and then if you have a PNC license you can get a $1500 sign-on bonus so that's pretty neat and Triple A is a great company they offer lots of great benefits of course also one more thing to add is if you are fluent in Spanish you can get an additional dollar per hour so that'll bump you up a little bit one of the neat things I noticed about this is that they offer in addition to great health care coverage and paid time off and 401k they offered opportunities for pay rate increases for skill based training totaling up to nineteen point nine percent in the first two years with the first increase after three months following successful completion of Insurance training so this is a great opportunity for those of you who live in the DFW area I would jump on this the is excellent it is six months training outside the home but then after six months you can work from home and I thought there was one more thing I wanted to tell you about this but I can't remember off the top of my head so that's triple-a and again that's on my job leads page today only January 4th 2018 but if you are coming onto this late and you sign up for my newsletter you will see this job lead link on my weekly newsletter American Express is also hiring and they're hiring virtual team leaders Oh looks like they're not hiring anymore these jobs go fast so sorry about that but looks like they filled that position already okay but u-haul if you're looking to work from home u-haul work they offer jobs to people as young as 16 years of age so if your teenager is looking for a work from home job this might be something they can look in into they have two positions available actually I think they have more than that but virtual roadside assistant agents and virtual sales agents so for the virtual roadside assistant agent job I did that once and I'll tell you that it's kind of challenging you have to remember that you're gonna be working with people who may have their cars may have broken down on the side of the road so they're gonna be a little anxious they need to know you need to find out where they're at you need to have a good sense of direction you need to be able to read maps so that's you know if you can do that then this is this is great this is offered nationwide but again if maps aren't your thing then you might want to look into the virtual sales position and that might be something for your teenager to look into or you if you're interested but it might be a little less stress inducing than the roadside assistant job so that's just my take on it but of course you know everyone's different so um okay and then if you have your texas service certification and school counseling Connections Academy is looking for a school counselor that can work from home I don't believe you have to actually live in Texas you just have to have that certification from Texas and of course again it's something that you can do virtually from home so really neat opportunity couple more I wanted to look at this one okay so this one there is no website for this company this is a company named Gaby ville they're hiring at home virtual receptionist if you look him up on Glassdoor I only saw two negative reviews and I know that may sound like wait may had they got any negative reviews every company has negative reviews overwhelmingly the reviews for this company were pretty good pay is not great it's about nine to ten dollars per hour but it seems to me from what I saw in the reviews that the support staff the supervisory staff the training staff seemed to be top-notch and that's what you want you want to be surrounded with supervisors and team management that will support you and will make your place a pleasant place to work at even though you're working from home you still are communicating with these people a lot during your shift so that's really important to me and so this company I was impressed with their reviews again it's Gaby Ville you have to have at least one year of call center experience and two years of customer service experience there's no website but if you are interested in applying you're gonna want to send an email to Eric at gab evil calm here's the email address right here you're gonna want to send in an attachment your resume highlighting your customer service and call center experience hopefully and also I would recommend in the email just send a cover letter if you don't have a cover letter you don't know what a cover letter is again sign up for my weekly newsletter right here I give you one of my printables that I give you is a sample cover letter you can copy and paste it into a Word document for yourself or Google Drive and just rework it just put in a different date put in a different name put in a different company that you're applying for the name of the different company and you're all set so cover letters should not be stress inducing it's literally a copy and paste type of thing so that's gab evil and if you're again if you're if you don't have a ton of experience this might be a perfect opportunity because it's entry-level so mmm okay and the next this one I'm really excited about and for someone who can kind of fit what they're looking for here I think it's a great job this is a nonprofit organization named Kent asana she should run they are looking for a community manager and an administrative assistant so two jobs here and the administrative assistant I thought this was kind of interesting because it's basically you're working as a virtual assistant from home but pays approximately $20 per hour so and then if you're looking for the community manager position this one pays a flat rate of twenty five hundred per month so again this is going to be on my daily job leads page it's a great company it's a non-profit check it out and here's another one this is a virtual for those of you who have Human Resources experience maybe you've had experience working as in HR for you know a company before in the past this is a company called CSD which stands for if I remember right community oh I can't find it I believe it was called community services for the deaf if I'm not mistaken but basically they need an HR type person and you're going to be providing career coaching and you're going to be talking to people who have been hired on to the company and here are the requirements so if you want to take a look at them you're going to need a bachelor's degree in social work or related degree four years of professional experience providing job placement services for deaf consumers preferred but not required so and then they're gonna want you to be a certified resume writer so basically you're going to want to have experience in HR since that's what you're going to be doing so let's go to the next one if you have experience as a project manager there's a company named nice that's looking for a remote project manager they call it a customer success manager but it is product management so you're going to want to have a bachelor's degree in computer science or some kind of related degree so that's nice and then the last one for today is a company named Athena health and they're looking for an account executive so this one's a little more like you're you're going to need to have some specific experience and it's all listed
