hey what's up it's Dave Miz coming at you on a Friday morning from Miami so check this out I've been using Instagram for the last few months just kind of learning the platform and kind of seeing how I can use it for my agency and stuff like that but I've always had a hard time and spending hours and hours every single time I make posts just looking for tags what kind of hashtags do I need to use what's the hottest trending hashtags that I should be using who should I be following how do I make my posts so they get action and write and it all these things were just taking forever right and so what I did is I got access to this really cool piece of software and I don't even know how to use maybe 10% of what it does right but what I use it for is I've put in the people that I'm following and stuff like that and then I see all that the highest engaged posts I see which posts are getting the most likes shares etc and then I can see the tags that they're actually using to attract all these people coming in right and that's what's really cool and so what I've been able to do is make master lists for every kind of thing that I've been promoting so for example you'll see here behind me into Mercedes that's my my Mercedes there and so I always post like really cool Mercedes stuff when I'm customizing the cars I'm always doing like you know all kinds of crazy to these cars right so I have different kind of people that I'm a try thing with those kind of posts and so I have like a master keyword list right like a master hashtag list for that particular kind of post but when I post marketing stuff I have different hashtags that I use for that as well and that attracts different kind of people and it works amazingly well because for my agency I'm doing a very high ticket stuff and so one client is worth a lot of money to us because they stay for a long time right so all I gotta say is if you are using Instagram and you should be because it's just kind of starting to pop if you're using Instagram or you'd like to use Instagram and you're having a hard time like I was with keywords and hashtags and all that kind of stuff if it's a big pain in the ass for you like it was for me then go check out this software I highly recommend you give it a whirl and yeah ma'am I'll talk to you soon
