okay so you've had your free Wix website for a little while now and you've played around with it and it's just about right and maybe now you want to upgrade to a premium plan so you can get yourself a the plans now it'll take you to the business e-commerce but more than likely you've probably just got to personal website to start with so let's take a closer look at these premium plans now just keep in mind all weeks premium plans include a 14 day money-back guarantee so that just means if you've decided that Wix isn't right for you you can still get your money back now there's a four different plans here but there's really only two options let me explain you see when you start a website the combo plan is just perfect because at any time you can upgrade to a bigger plan now let's just see what you get in the combo plan you actually get two gigabytes of bandwidth now what that means for you is that you can get a healthy amount of website traffic for just $10 a month now you also get three gigabytes of storage which is actually quite a bit of storage unless you're looking at hosting videos or mp3 files now you also get to connect your own personalized domain so that's the primary reason why you want to upgrade your Wix website so you can get a customized domain so they also remove the Wix ads and allow you to put your own Google Analytics ads on the site too so that's another great reason to upgrade to premium now you also get a free domain now I've talked about this in another video if you get your free domain from Wix it means you're locked into their domain pricing so have a look at my other video because it explains why you should buy your domain from another site now you also get to upload a 30 video minutes as well I'd suggest if you actually uploaded 30 video minutes for your users well maybe the two gigabyte bandwidth is gonna be enough anyway now again we could then move into the unlimited plan which sounds really good but that's a new user that won't really impact you at all you also get a couple of ad vouchers and the site booster app now I'll tell you how to do a bit of SEO on Wix and another video and visitor analytics well you're going to go ahead and set up Google Analytics anyway which is the best analytics plug-in you can get so you don't really need this value anyway now if we go over to the pro we can see it says it's complete online branding for $19 a month now what you're basically getting is the unlimited plan a little bit extra storage and video hours and you're also getting the events calendar so if that's important to you and you're hosting a sporting team or a community type website well maybe this is the plan you need but don't go for it if you just need a professional logo because it's actually cheaper to go directly to the Wix logo maker that's right you can go ahead and just purchase your own logo here for 50 US dollars now if you wanted to combine that with a website you could actually get an unlimited website plan plus the logo files for $16 a month so I would probably give that a Miss – so there's actually a better value package if you go directly to the logo maker and if your website requires priority support well then you might need to go to the VIP package because that gives you priority response so when you raise a Wix ticket you get pushed to the front of the queue now it also gives you VIP support which enables you to skip the line and make exclusive VIP phone calls so that's pretty handy – so that's the Wix pricing table for our basic website now if you want to accept bookings and payments well you'll need to upgrade to a business an e-commerce plan but as we've seen before there's a few different options as well but all plans except online payments are 100% commission free and have unlimited bandwidth so really the question is is how much storage do you actually need and as I've said before the basic plan is great to get started because you can go ahead and upgrade at any time the only additional thing apart from storage is a professional logo and as we've seen we can go to the Wix logo maker and just pay $50 and have no additional ongoing fees so you're either gonna choose the business basic or you're gonna go ahead and choose the business VIP which gives you that prior to response time on your Wix tickets and also gives you the exclusive VIP phone support so those are your options but as I say it's always best to just get started with a lower plan and then you can upgrade as you need it and if you're just getting started with the website definitely $10 a month is all you need to pay now there is another way to save a few extra dollars with these pricing plans so if we just click select here we can see that the pricing they gave us or was for a 12-month plan so if you're in this for the long haul you can actually click on two years and save yourself 144 US dollars over two years so that's a good saving now if you just want to dip your toe in the water as well you could just do it for $15 a month but keep in mind the monthly subscriptions don't include the free domain the premium apps or ad vouchers so why would you upgrade to a premium plan well because you basically want to get rid of the ads and you want to add your own ads on to your website so you can make a little bit of money after all isn't that why you started a website okay
