hey guys welcome if you if you’ve been with me before welcome back happy to have you today we’re going to talk about some products that should be great for dropshipping in 2017 here and of course you know or you’ve been with me before the method where we’re mostly talking about is drop shipping using a Shopify store and sourcing products from Aliexpress and shipping those directly to our customers if this is your first time here welcome I’m happy to have you my name is Bryan brewer and a blogging is is what I focus on mainly because I believe it’s the best way to generate wealth I’m not talking about making money I’m talking about generating long-term wealth now that being said it’s not the quickest way to make money online so that’s why I also took a pretty deep dive over the past few months and this is a Shopify method because it is the quickest way for beginners to get started essentially no money down you can open a Shopify store you can start selling and sourcing products without spending any money on these products upfront and getting them directly to your customers with the Aliexpress drop shipping method so before we get into the products that I think are going to be great in 2017 here let me first explain why I’m sharing them with you and not hoarding them for myself once again it goes back to the blogging now that is where I focus all my attention because I have enough passive income income streams set up by now where I don’t have to worry about making money tomorrow so I’m looking for the future I’m looking to build a media company that is worth a lot of money so that’s where I focus all my attention no I care about my subscribers I care about the people who follow my content so when we’re talking about making money and being successful online I like to explore all avenues and the Shopify and the Express method is the quickest way to go from zero to whatever your goals are I’m not saying it’s guaranteed I’m not saying it’s easy but from what I’ve seen is the quickest method to go from zero no experience to making a decent income online so which ever one of those avenues interest you the most I have two very important links down in the description below for you to check out and there’s no reason you can’t do both see that the Shopify and Aliexpress drop shipping method is a great way to start generating cash flow while you’re building the blog’s and the content that will carry you to where you want to be you know really really want to be in the future I’m not talking about making fifty or a hundred thousand dollars a year I’m talking about building well so check out those links but first let’s get to it so so let’s find some products that are going to do great for 2017 and really what we’re going to do is is instead of finding you know specific products that you should start promoting we are going to do that but we’re going to talk about various methods figure out what products are going to do well okay we’re going to take the guesswork out of it so let’s jump in the computer and get right to it okay so here we are so the first way to find a product that’s going to be great to put into your Shopify store and then source from Aliexpress is to use an app or a tool that I’ve talked about before it’s called buzzsumo so what we’re going to do is we’re going to go over to buzzsumo now this is going to work with with every category but but since you know I kind of want to keep things pretty consistent for this demonstration what I’m going to do is I’m going to essentially focus on the jewelry category and just to kind of give you the the guidelines here of which products to pick now know the products that we choose here today you can go out and start promoting them you know if you’re in the first half of 2017 or probably even beyond because these are going to this is exactly how you find these products but I’m also trying to teach it how to fish is well not just give you the fish so we talked about bug buzzsumo and other videos and what this is this is essentially a website that you can see what content is doing well what’s getting shared socially Facebook Twitter Pinterest so on and so forth and you can use that information to see what kind of products are high because you don’t want you want to take the guesswork out of all this when when you’re choosing products so buzzsumo you can pay I think it’s like a $99 let’s see while we’re here I think it’s $99 a month if you want to use it but what you can do is you can use yeah you can do $99 a month and you get unlimited access but but the thing is is they give you only one or two free searches everyday and that’s really all you need and you know you can do it once on your on your laptop or your desktop and you can do it once on you on your phone or whatever and you can get plenty of searches every day the other thing you can do is you can sign up for a 14-day free trial and that will give you full access to the pro version you know for 14 days for free and you’ll see kind of what it’s all about and then if you really start scaling up with this you can you can buy your membership then but I don’t recommend it to start because simply you don’t need that many searches you only need a couple products to really get this thing off the ground and see success so what we’re going to do is we’re going to look over the past month and let’s say now we’re going to think about selling necklaces now an important thing to talk about when we’re talking about drop shipping with Aliexpress we want to stay away from things that have too many variations so for instance that we’re doing jewelry we want to stay away from rings because rings are now one size fits all necklaces our bracelets for the most part our earrings are so those are great things to to promote the other thing if you you know everyone wants to get into clothing because they like clothing or they think clothing is great but clothing is the worst category to get into when you’re doing the drop shipping method with Aliexpress and Shopify because not only you know are people different sizes but size is very a small one store is not a small at another store which is not a small at another store and then the same thing goes with the designer so stay away from clothing so jewelry is a good one it gets to get started in it is pretty saturated but you know there’s there’s always people willing to buy a 10 to 15 dollar piece of jewelry so what you do is you we’re going to look in the last month here and let’s talk about necklaces today and so you type in whatever whatever you want to sell okay and what this is going to do on the free version is going to give you maybe 10 or 12 results of things that are getting shared around a lot so this talks about the number of shares on Facebook so what you do is you look for something that’s a little bit unique a little bit interesting 90 grams mango necklace let’s go ahead and check this out and see what this is all about it’s got a thousand shares in the past month so it’s got interest it’s it has the ability to go viral and that’s really the key to what we’re looking at here [Music] let’s see so people like that hmm that is interesting so yeah I never would have guessed people liked it now that might be a little bit too ornate a little bit too detailed to really get into so let’s go back to the drawing board here okay so let’s try let’s see here we’ve got 1400 shares in the last month and it’s a black swans necklace let’s look that up and see what that one is this will be a good option for us alright look at this is great so this is a pretty simple black swan necklace we know it’s going viral essentially 1400 shares in the past month on Facebook is great it’s thirty five seventy that’s a beautiful price point let’s go to Aliexpress and check it out let’s try that again let’s go to Aliexpress and check it out so let’s type in Black Swan you go splat Swan rhinestone and here are a ton of options for Swan rhinestone look at okay so these are essentially earrings that are very similar so you could you could kind of make that as a second second sale as well for 350 plus a buck 86 shipping that’s a great product kind of add into your store in addition let’s see look at this Black Swan rhinestone bracelet 566 it ship si packet for free sell that for 25 bucks that’s a great markup black and white rhinestone pin awesome you could you could definitely definitely definitely this is great look at all this stuff this is a this is a this is a great product because the cool thing about this is you can choose a necklace and you know you can promote this necklace let’s see let’s just sort by most order to see what’s going to because you can promote this necklace you know on your facebook ads or however you’re going to promote this and get people to buy it and then once they already agree to it and commit to it and put this in their cart then you can have the in cart upsell suggest earrings to match and a bracelet to match and really just drive up your you know your sales that’s awesome this is a great great great product let’s type in necklace and just see what comes up here yeah that’s cool this is very similar this is even nicer that’s probably pretty expensive though you know 28 bucks that’s too expensive but look at that 603 and +2 bucks for a pack and this they were selling this for 35 bucks let’s see that’s awesome that’s that all of these are very similar very close very cool very cool I mean look at that a set a matching set for for under five bucks and this is great so that’s a great product all right so now we got that so we’re definitely going to add that product to the store I’m probably going to actually do that and just just to try to test and see what happens because that that’s a great product something that is hot that also has things related to it that we can increase our ticket items so that’s a good product another great way to find products that’s so we’ve talked about busting my little work with with anything that you do but we’re going to stick with jewelry and we’ll go jewelry trending on Pinterest and Pinterest is great because you know it’s showing you what people really like so you can see what what’s kind of trending thousand ideas about jewelry trends on Pinterest and simple as that it’s going to show you some things that are getting shared and once again if it’s getting shared people like it this is hot so let’s see it’s got a lot of shears here this 1200 shares on Pinterest so people are digging this and look at this this has got two things in it it’s got a choker necklace and let’s call this some sort of drop necklace okay two necklaces that are are you know here look at this this is chokers again okay this is great like this like another choker okay okay and all these look at one 1700 shares through a 1,700 shares because that another choker was something that drafts down 1,700 shares so okay this is awesome so now we’re seeing a pattern and that’s what we’re looking look at the same one the same choker in another post another 1,700 shares and maybe the same one either way but that’s another great way to go another choker okay so chokers are trending we know that let’s go over to Aliexpress again and type in choker necklaces and then we just short sort by the most order and here you go I mean these are the products that are selling look at that forty-nine cents apiece eighty three cents apiece you know this is this is 20 cents apiece you know you know two bucks for a packet but that’s no problem we saw something exactly like this and you’re getting 350 out the door so you sell these for 15 bucks and you’re making over 10 bucks apiece Neely’s 46 cents plus you know you’re under 350 for all these necklaces these are trending all over Pinterest so go ahead and populate your store with a couple of these promote one out of Facebook you know probably your most expensive one and then do your in cart upsell with another one that’s great alright so that’s another way to find products that are hot and that are trending the other thing you can do is you can just type in jewelry into Aliexpress and if you sort by the number of orders this is automatically going to tell you you know what people like I mean it takes all the guesswork out of it if it’s getting ordered from Aliexpress that means tons of people are probably buying these and you know reselling them and people are probably buying them for themselves but the bottom line is as people would not be going back to the well for these products if if they weren’t selling if people weren’t buying them so that’s another great way to to choose products look at this let’s while we’re talking about products here look at this alright see this necklace here this is a dollar and so 284 for a packet so this is 384 shipped to your customer now I know for a fact with what these are these are replicas but let’s look at these relief these are dog-eared elephant necklace okay don’t ask me how I know that well you can ask me how I know that I know that because when I when I tested the Shopify store I sold some of these and it worked pretty well but look at this okay cool check this out across the board this is AK same thing you know a it’s on the card it’s the elephant necklace it’s 50 bucks this is 58 bucks you know they sell these at Nordstrom okay now this is you know we’re not trying to say that these are the same quality but if people can get a huge discount for something very similar you know they’re going to look past look at the quality because we can sell that thing for $19 and that’s way better that’s way cheaper than 58 and look at that I mean you know it’s this is 48 to 58 for silver and you know it’s on the card it’s got that little quote and where were we right there look at it I mean it’s this is gold or gold plated and you know it’s on the same card it’s got the same presentation and I mean we sell them at 4:19 it’s way better than then you know 58 and the cool thing about this and I’m getting up and kind of a tangent here but but you can even tag or target people in facebook that like Nordstrom that like dog-eared brand and you know maybe they liked it and they wished for it but they didn’t spend 58 bucks on it so you could target those people and sell them the exact thing they want for for much cheaper so that I mean just great you can see the opportunity here so we talked about Pinterest we talked about buzzsumo finding things that are hot and it been with me for a little while you know we always go back to Amazon I mean Amazon sells everything it’s it’s got a huge customer base I mean huge is an understatement but this is a great way to find products to sell so let’s let’s stick with our theme let’s talk about necklaces okay all right so this is going to show you I mean what it’s going to you know Amazon’s not stupid they they’re the most successful e-commerce retailer for a reason if you type something in they are going to shove down your throat the things that are most likely to sell because they know the things that are most likely to sell are going to sell quicker and make them more money and you know so really Amazon takes all the guesswork out of it for you here so look for something interesting look at this okay look at this this is cool this is going to be a great idea watch this alright so this is a cat hanging on the necklace all right they’re charging $24 for it for on Amazon so if they’re charging $24 on Amazon mark my words you can charge at least 35 on your Shopify store because you’re taking all the competition out of it all right so this hang cat necklace is also a great product because you can simply go target people who love cats on Facebook okay think about that think about how many people on Facebook you could target women who love cats on Facebook there you go you put this product in front of them how can they resist this how can they not buy it okay let’s just go over to Aliexpress and let’s see silver hanging can’t necklace this is just a shot in the dark um this is this is live straight in no no look at that lug in this like this oh my gosh alright so this is the exact same one that they’re selling on Amazon the exact same quality for 1786 shipped Free Church 35 39 4 you’re doubling up right like that no-brainer or look at this nearly identical obviously it’s not going to be the same quality you know it’s always a good idea as I’ve said of sort by the number of orders just to that you know you want to be selling products and get ordered a lot because a it means they’re going to sell and B it means that they’re coming from suppliers that are trusted 30 orders that’s great click on it there they use a packet let’s see yep you peg it for a buck fifty three you get a buck sixty one into it so what does that just over not even three and a quarter I don’t think and shoot it was some 424 in itself or $24 on your Shopify store I mean that looks cool that’s great I all your images are right there look at this this is awesome this is a great product and then you can probably find some sort of whatever I can’t bracelet or something as well to do your in cart upsell I can’t type some get excited here these are great products and I mean as simple as that that was live you know we this is not really a kit and we already saw these Kent earrings that people are going crazy for these things and same kind of thing it’s the dangly kit hearing 88 cents I mean add that as your in card up so who’s gonna buy a dead hanging cat necklace in that buy a pair of hanging kit earrings you know it no brainer no-brainer look at that let’s see look at that so what is it sixteen thousand people have left feedback 17,000 orders that’s amazing you know that’s it that’s cool to 17,000 orders in 16,000 feedback that means these are individual buyers that means that’s not just one person buying a lot of product that is individual order so there might not be any competition with with this cat earring there might I don’t know but but that’s just that’s kind of interesting to see that there’s so many individual orders so that’s great so another great product so anyways there you go three waste and what do we find we found the buzzsumo the was at the Black Swan necklace okay and we got earrings that that would look great with that we saw the bracelet so there’s three products right there we can sell then we went over to Pinterest and we found the choker necklace which we have identified as a hot trend it was all over Pinterest and that dangling necklace as well so that’s at least two more so that’s at least five products not to mention you know the variations on the chokers but we’ll call that five products and then we went over to Amazon and first trial I’ve found two great products that we can sell so there you go where do we do 15-20 minutes worth of work at the most and you found seven products that you can put in your Shopify store and start promoting them on Facebook and then drop shipping them directly to your customers from Aliexpress that’s simple and that’s a great place to start that’s all you need to do it I mean with seven products you know once again I can’t guarantee anything but with seven products that’s that’s all you need to I mean I don’t want to get on numbers because then it looks like I’m making promises but let’s just say you can do very well with seven products easy to manage easy to promote you’re targeting this kind of the same sort of you know female you know anywhere between you know whatever I mean probably 18 and 40 something maybe I don’t know that’s great so those are those are the seven great products that you can sell right now and look at this do this this is going to be good for at least the first half of 2017 use these I use them once again I’m focused on blogging all I want you to do you know if you
