Glendon this and add miss and I need to spend X amount of money from my website and then no need to do this and I need to do that and I need to crowler suffer the the website is bully I mean when I said it’s not like gorgeous now understand it’s highly functional and highly they’ve done a lot of things to it and it wasn’t a cheap website the bill but from the terms of looks and feel it’s okay but taking the million views a month selling sheets and going up and understand I guarantee you these are targeted views will go down here a little bit and look at this thirty-eight percent comes from search not a lot on the email side thirty percent from search direct look at their traffic so and they’re making a lot of money online seventy eight figures if not more so when we talk about doing businesses online a lot of y’all have got let the sexy go that it needs to be hot it needs to be trendy I’m showing you the numbers here million hits a month for sheets and pillowcases alright that’s how i’m going to start this off a little cranky because i get all these people who don’t have an online business who want to tell me how online businesses should run they don’t work that way so let me over half of me and hits a month I figured it’d be that so it’s trending because it is the holidays and people are looking for gifts and getting those homes ready for the holidays and Grandma and Grandpa and john-boy mariela all of those folks are coming over I got them having some nice sheets so the owner or the host will not be embarrassed with some less than desirable sheets ok so let’s see 180 when you see all these peaks and valleys this is paid traffic this is not a natural organic reach curve so boom something happen there it went up again and went down they went up so I’m thinking they did promotions to do a lot of paid traffic you can learn a lot by looking at a website analytics or you know this is estimated it’s not a hundred percent they’ve got the true analytics but I guarantee you it’s not that far off all right this used to be Lecter’s I don’t know what this is going to be a see let’s come out there I will look and see what they’re cooking with I’m a show you may not but the point I’m trying to illustrate here is a lot of stuff that you don’t really think is hot yeah that I don’t know if this is new because they’re really not doing that well online they only getting like 50 35,000 hits a month but these are this is probably targeted traffic also I don’t know how old this is and this is let’s see this could be some money working from home they’ve got the let’s see they’ve got the UH Instagram going hmm I think this is somebody working from home yep that’s what I think because they’re really not doing oh let me let me look at this again do they have stores I don’t see any stores stores and cleaning so yeah this could literally be someone working at home and if it’s starting the traffic that can be a pretty penny so let’s come out of there come out of there come out of there get back in here only at the it’s websites look similar to godaddy template online stores oh okay the stores and the look of the website is really radically different from the hosting so that those two different animals i would say certain template certain things may look similar because they’ve been proven to work because i’ll tell you I cheat all the time if I’ll see the apple or I’ll see that Sears or target they’re doing something or they have their website set up a certain way I’ll just borrow it and it’ll works because they’ve got all of these resources and these huge departments to work on this stuff and it’s just a two-person operation so I don’t have those resources but I can I’ve cheated now this doesn’t always work because sometimes you’re cheating you all know what’s on the back end and it won’t work at all because you’re not doing what they’re doing on the back end so just put that out there well yeah is paid traffic definitely Benjamin paid traffic pay trevor has those spikes so let’s get into the strategy before you build your business because I see a lot of info lot of emphasis on the tools website get response email clients with little [Music] action on the audience because no sheets I know that blue some of y’all’s minds but I wasn’t surprised I didn’t know before I click on it but I knew how many sheets I sold when I had to thrift store couldn’t keep him you will literally get some lady would come in and shoot see like 30 sheets and they were like a dollar piece she grabbed all of them then I started going to the store and seeing that you know certain kinds of sheets $200 um you know and that it just it was crazy so we never put the sheets on the ebay even if they were named for him because usually there was an issue and will sustain there was a rip that was a cut or it wasn’t complete he was just too much work but I know that we let some really nice stuff go out the door for a dollar but they saved us money there’s some less things that we had to deal with but i can tell you homegoods i can tell you matter of fact like anything that is that has a huge market like diapers there was a website call diapers.com let’s see I used to know this off the top of my head how many babies are born a year in the United States okay that’s worldwide that’s not the United States let’s see in the US it’s funny it seems to have everything else but us first okay so here’s a huge market for you in the united states of america and i’ll show it to you so you don’t think I’m making this up this is the kind of stuff that you have to do the build your business you have to do this kind of painstaking research looking for stuff all right there’s almost 4 million babies born per year in America so that’s 300,000 new kiddos every month now let’s look at the life cycle of diapers so let’s just do math on this if my calculator will do what it needs to do we’ll come in and we’ll go all right 300 let’s say 330 yeah you know it’s pretty interesting that’s pretty interesting because there’s another stat I do know and this this this actually correlates lift that stat very well and they’re in the same place every month for United States 330 million not 330,000 people reach the age of 18 and become legal adults where they can enter into contracts and do stuff so this this is really interesting i should have just guess because i think i’ve been right so it’s 330 kids kiddos every month let’s see this is time so it sounds 12 so if okay four million a year kids stay in diapers let’s see 3 get 3 90 and let’s c plus fifty percent I’m skewing down that you get your kid out diaper so like 15 months but some of them going diapers like two years or more but we’re gonna say right so that’s five million as i’m going to six million times let’s say ten bucks so that’s like 60 million dollars per month in the diaper market so it’s a billion-dollar business selling diapers diapers diapers I’m saying you see this is the thing that’s where the money comes in diapers yeah Benjamin doing the box yeah we didn’t get a lot you know if it was new the Box we were solely but while this stuff was just thrown in there Flint food diapers waters hello I mean diverse because everybody’s trying to do a mastermind or trying to do some of this stuff online and one of the things that gets in there is you know I’ll just leave that up there is people are not looking now we’ll go the Amazon I’m going to actually show you this one let’s just go tell it to em I’ll show it to you get a little tea cuz it’s raining out there but let’s see I’m going to show you some diapers I come ex-exactly box yeah here we go mmm let me now this is why amazon bought them because diapers.com owned at that time the complete online thought they were the Amazon doc they were the Amazon like com of diapers and that’s why I amazon bottom because Amazon was building their own thing now just a little history lover they just talk about now you know for our um some heads how Jeff Bezos crush diapers.com so Amazon can buy diapers calm let me just put this in here amazon is a beast I have respect to their business hustle but the thing is if Amazon is going to do this to a big company why wouldn’t they do it to you what they got you know only reason they’re not gonna touch you is you’re not on their radar are you mentioning on their radar locked load it target acquired boom that’s what’s going to happen now excuse me Jeff Bezos is ruthless I am NOT shocked okay now here’s some more history level to you everybody knows that jet calm was fought right I walmart right but what some people don’t know is the guy who founded gedcom was the same guy who founded diapers.com and I think this was his revenge on Bezos he built another company that I think he knew would be acquired by bigger company than amazon and once again you know i put this out there and people like oh no no no Walmart sales walmart or marks let’s see no cells I’m just report cells 2015 1.6 trillion I believe haha yeah trillion Walmart is the biggest company by sales in the world in the world in the world in already did the video where I was showing that in terms of international rank cuz when you talk about companies today you have to go international because so many people are related amazon is like two or three mean amazon is 444 and Walmart’s like to one or two is this Chinese company that was ahead of Walmart but Walmarts in the top ten in amazon’s like 444 so that’s four hundred companies to have more money than Amazon now that’s problematic because money you know will take over so let’s see don’t want to stop the broadcast we just want to get out of there but yeah that’s how that went down diapers I know people just like bugging out right Jer because you take this business model and build an Amazon website based on particular pitch in the exam rolling now technology man it happens lip readers please y’all are hilarious really y’all are but that’s the thing you have to look at those things and you know we’ll go back to something else let’s say listen another market that people don’t really think about order I’m not going to get into the whole thing with the Holy with everything but water is really a big thing really really a big thing oh I’m late for work dessel arias well you know batteries dying they happen and that’s something else I’m gonna do this whole thing because I get people talking to asking about the camera and stuff and everything probably next year I’ll do a whole series on this because it’s Facebook makes this easier way easier than YouTube but YouTube to me has a hot what I call extended reach you’ll have this this thing going on right now right then later on I’ll get thousands and thousands more views it’s like Facebook is like this BAM you get a whole bunch of use but youtube is like this you could get a whole bunch of use but you’ll get views they have today mouth after muffs oh excuse me you know we’re talking about online businesses here one of the appeals to certain kind of business models is you can make a kind of money really really quick and you don’t have to do that much work but the reality is if you’re going to be successful in any business you’re going to have to do a lot of work and that’s what the whole thing is that that’s what this whole things about doing your research looking at marketplaces versus tactics platforms because just audience the audience runs everything the audience is going to be what will make you success with our audience would be what will make you unsuccessful it’s all going to be predicated on the audience that’s what it’s going to be so we got in here so that was just a short one I’m not going to be
