hi everyone welcome to funny work at home jobs calm today is August the 27th 2018 and I'm super excited to be back and bringing in some new virtual job leads for those of you looking for work at home job leads I know it's been a while and I'm gonna be real here I don't know I don't know if I'm gonna be back tomorrow or the next day but my job situation is lightening a little bit so I'm hoping that I will be a lot more consistent because I really do have it on my heart to just put out these job leads I know that there are a lot of people looking for work at home opportunities and I just love to share them so so here I am and I'm gonna go through some of the job leads that I've posted for today August the 27th I'm not gonna go through all of them but if you are in the area of Phoenix Arizona and Nashville Tennessee assure ian is hiring right now and here's the link for that here's another one but it's hiring out of Bend Oregon and just to let you know you can find my website finding work is where you can apply so I'm just letting you know that and I'm gonna go through only a few of them because a lot of some of them are for specific cities I'm gonna go over the ones that are for the most part hiring throughout the US so Neiman Marcus is also hiring but I believe they're only hiring in Texas q-kidz I'm going to click on that one now q-kidz is hiring up to what I've heard is 9:00 work at home teachers so if you have teaching experience this might be something you can look into as a second job as a part-time job or something you do on the weekends it pays anywhere from sixteen to twenty dollars per hour so just let you know that working solutions also is hiring almost nationwide I think there are a few states that they don't hire in but you can check out their job lead and I've actually worked for working solutions before I can vouch for them they're a great company they pay higher than other work at home companies but they do require experience so you're gonna have to have some experience in customer service and if you have a degree then even better but yeah they look for highly educated and extend or experienced people and even if that's not you I still suggest to go ahead and apply you might be put on a waiting list but if they like what they see they will contact you so here is the job that they're offering right now which I believe it might be for their StubHub project and StubHub if you know it's basically event ticketing in sales for concerts and sports events that sort of thing so you'd be taking orders from customers who are trying to buy tickets or you'd be providing customer service to people who have already bought tickets and need to change dates or cancel their tickets or etc etc you'd also be working with people who are selling tickets on the StubHub site so that's pretty much what you'd be doing with this particular project and working solutions has different projects so if this is not something that really appeals to you I would still apply because they have other projects that come up from time to time and if you fit what they're looking for they will contact you via email yardie matrix is hiring right now they have an annual rent surveyor position this is temporary seasonal work and you would only be working for six weeks their fall rent survey begins Tuesday September 4th which is Tuesday so if you're interested can be really tough you know you're trying to work with your resume you're trying to keep track of where you've applied but fortunately you have technology apps like these that can at least ease some of the burden of these tasks so I wanted to show you some of them the first one is path source and path source can be billed as a career exploration tool and I have the website here for you if you want to go and check it out it basically has a lot of resources for the job seeker lots of features to help you get ready for your dream job it has career assessments informational interviewers with real professionals in the positions that you're interested in also salary data career recommendations etc etc now this is a free app so and the next one is resume star I don't know about you but I hate putting together a resume and so if you're in the same boat resume star basically tries to make the process a little easier for you you would just visit the site you would enter in all of your relevant information and then resume star will create a targeted and perfectly formatted PDF resume that you can use to basically get those jobs that you really want however this is not free obviously it's you know as a very targeted and difficult thing to put together a really good resume so they do charge but it's $24.99 for the app so next is an app that's called Meetup and of course a lot of us know that networking is really important when you're on the hunt for a new position now you can use LinkedIn so that's definitely something that you can use for free but if you are looking for something that will help you find events in your area where you can head out and make some new connections face to face then this might be the website that you can look at now this is a web no this is an app and it is free as well okay next is you to me I love you to me I have like a hundred courses on you to me no joke a lot of them are free I do have a page on my website if you just go to my website in the left no in the right hand corner type in you to me you'll see an article there that tells you how to get udemy courses for free so that's how I got all of my 100 court not all of them but most of them I think I paid maybe for maybe about ten of them but even so I I usually will catch them when they're having some kind of sale so I'm gonna put a link at the bottom of this video if you use the link it is an affiliate link just to let you know but it's also a discount link an affiliate link me means that if you buy a course through them I might get some kind of like a portion or Commission but you know depending on what you know how much the course is but if you use my link I believe you can get the courses for somewhere between 15 and as low as $10 so that might be a great savings some of these courses on udemy are $100 or more so that might actually save you a lot of money and now you to me again it's just basically they offer courses on all kinds of things if you want to master affiliate marketing you want to some IT skills you want to learn how to film videos you whatever it is they've got so many courses there you could check them out and see if it will help as you build skills to get a new job Trello I love this app it's wonderful I highly recommend it and is a free app now Trello it helps you basically keep track of everything that you're doing in your job search where you've applied who's on your wish list where you need to follow up when should you touch base again so basically it's a very helpful tool to keep you organized you can create a board specifically for your job search and then you can drag cards between columns for the different stages of the hiring process and there are lots of features that will help you stay on top of what you've already done and again it's free it's really user friendly and I highly recommend it to just kind of keep your job search really organized okay next is job interviews questions and answers this is also free and I'm sure you guys know that the job interview is super super important it's also very nerve-racking so this app will basically help calm some of those butterflies in your stomach it will help you run through some common job interview questions I highly recommend always just looking at job interview questions before you go into a job interview because it'll help you kind of formulate in your mind the answers that you want to give you want to be sharp you want to be confident you want to be engaging and this will help you by allowing you to practice so um basically it's free I highly recommend you use it if you are about to embark on some job interviews okay so next is ginger and the website of course is there so now ginger helps you basically correct any typos or mistakes that you might send an email to a hiring manager for example you would just install the browser extension and ginger will correct your spelling and grammar as you type so it's just gonna make sure that all of your correspondence with employers is just the way it should be which is flawless and it's free so I highly recommend you check it out and let's see it's not going forward Oh actually
