incorporated advertorials into the program now I’m teaching my students to do advertorials and to such here’s a couple of recent papers from a couple of my recent publishers and they signed it to me thanks art thanks for helping me get started this is the town crier just like my papers beautiful color successful but what I really wanted to show you today was this is another one of them my new publishers but you’ll notice there’s a lot of writing here what this is is advertorials and advertorials will guarantee your success in any market you’ll notice this paper is about 50% advertorials and 50% regular ad copy and what happens is when your customers are already advertising and a lot of various coupon papers these are your best prospects anyhow you’re able to offer them something better to offer them advertorials an advertorial are 10 times more effective than regular ad copy so what happens is when you go to a business and that business says well I’m in a lot of advertising more effective and you’ll sell bigger ads but anyhow I have more students and more publishers than ever before and they’re becoming more successful than previously now six out of ten are successful the other four that are not successful they didn’t go out to sell any advertising sometimes people sign on and they have 40-hour a week jobs and they want to start a business but after they go through the training and they learn how to do it they just don’t have the time to visit the businesses so the opportunity is stronger than ever if you have the time to start a business this is the best business it’s a business you don’t have to make any investments in you just pay for your training your software’s included your samples are included your Emmanuel is included your presentation book is included your business plan is included everything is included you your customers your customers are all in place what you have to do is go around to the local businesses and they all want to reach ten thousand homes you know it costs $650 to get ten thousand business cards from vistaprint so this is this is pretty cheap do you think you might have interest in something like this once I get trained and come back with the newspaper go into your businesses that you you know you have a relationship with and get their opinion you’re going to get a positive response businesses they spend money to open their doors they’re happy to spend money when it makes sense when it’s going to help them now naturally here’s some of my old papers is a discount clipper this was before I started doing the advertorials there’s another discount clipper again before the auditorium this is another one I’ve done the vocal local this was a 24 page paper and this is when I switched over to the tabloid home that I owned in New York New York right now but the idea is this is a business you could succeed with anywhere in the world as long as this business is there they need to get the word out and you can’t start a business for any less money your only investment is the thousand and ninety five dollars to pay for the training the software the samples my time and I will be raising my price because I’m getting a little too busy and I’m starting a new business now muscle my next business is going to be muscles if you looked at the old videos you’ll see I didn’t have muscles but now I have muscles so my next business is I’m going to be like Arnold Schwarzenegger but anyhow don’t be a stranger call me up if you want a business this is the least expensive business you could get into a thousand ninety five dollars covers every day once you go out you’ll go out with a presentation book with the maps of where you’re mailing to you’ll have sample papers you’ll have receipts from the post office you’ll be cred and when you sell a customer in ed you’ll get a 50% deposit this 50% deposit will more than cover the cost of your printing and the cost of your mailing so the only money that you’re laying out to start this business is a thousand and ninety five dollars and that’s going to be an investment in yourself as you’re going to learn how to be a graphic design artist you’re going to make edge you’re going to make advertorials you’re going to learn how to lay out a newspaper you’re going to learn how to navigate the post office bulk mailing system where you can mail your papers for seventeen cents a piece to each house and these skills are going to last a lifetime then you can turn it into a business and make $100,000 a year like I did well maybe you’ll even do better than that some of my publishers have done much better one guy opened up the first issue of 64 pages he copied a hundred and twenty eight page Auto Trader and his first book was 64 pages because not everybody I train does the same style book is mayor I train people to do real estate books mug shot papers golf magazines tourist magazines you know the easiest thing to get started with is to copy my format where is it applies to every business so you don’t have to be specialized it’s a lot easier that sense but anyhow this is my video for 2015 and I’m not going anywhere I’m going to be here call me up want I mean there’s nobody telling you you can’t you know it’s this is a bit whose plan and a business model and business skills that I’m teaching you it’s not a territorial franchise but it is the
