to own a home-based business now there’s a lot of different reasons guys I mean I could probably list 20 30 whatever so I picked off you know five off the top of my head that are really really solid as to why everybody should own a home-based business okay number one tax savings now of course I’m not a CPA get to talk to your CPA right but the greatest thing about having a home-based business one of them is the tax savings because why now you have a home-based business so now you get to start writing off a lot of stuff that you can’t do it when you that you can’t do when you have a Jo V can’t do it right get right off the electricity at home and and the internet and portions of all that stuff all the different things the meals when you’re meeting with clients and so on and so forth that for a lot of people you know part-time business could be three four five ten thousand dollars in tax savings it’s a lot of money guys whatever it is for you you have to check but tax savings is huge everyone should own a home-based business just for that reason itself it’s a phenomena it’s a phenomenal opportunity to make great money part-time guys okay I call it the magic of part-time that’s from Jim Rohn I love how we phrase that the magic of part-time the ability to make as much or more working part-time on your home-based business opportunity as you do working full-time at your jail be right gives you options kids that that’s what money does guys it gives you options to do things that you want to do guys I have been self employed full time since 1999 I fired my boss in 1999 have not had a boss as any night that’s 18 years how freaking incredible is that guys to be able to work from home you know be with my animals here during the day no boss no tell me what to do go out you know take care of my horses mid-day do whatever I want anytime I want how I want no commute no cubicle no boss I can’t understand why everyone wouldn’t want to do it it boggles my mind but we’re all different options guys that’s what’s so key and number five maybe the most important guys the training in a home-based business is so phenomenal I tell you what I started off in the network marketing industry in 1994 when I was a naval officer I’m gradually a knight States Naval Academy you know consider today the greatest undergrad is to in the world today so when I was a naval officer I was doing I was I always had an entrepreneurial mindset even though I was a naval officer I was always thinking about my own business so at night I would do network marketing and I was trained and mentored by Bill Gould and sherry Sharman – the best there ever was bill ghoul I consider one of the greatest talents in network marketing ever and the training guys the interpersonal you know skills that you gain right the speaking skills I would speak in San Diego in front of hundreds of people hundreds of people on Tuesdays and Thursdays and close to you know a huge amount maybe 500 people on Saturdays on the big trainings ok I introduced the big speaker at that time but the point being guys is the training is phenomenal on sales and how to recruit and how to network right and interpersonal skills and how to improve you because if you want things to get better you got to get better Jim Rome right if you want things that change you’ve got to change Jim Rome and the training is second amount not to mention you get to rub elbows with like-minded people that are all looking to improve themselves not the dreary bastard that’s working next to you in the cubicle to your right at work no this training is phenomenal guys being around like-minded people that share the same vision and passion that you do for your product whatever that product is for your home-based business ok so I often say and I’m not kidding you guys even with my great undergrad education at the United States Naval Academy my network marketing training is made me all the money in the world compared to what I got at the Naval Academy it’s taught me more about life and training and how to be functional and how to make big money in today’s world you know the fact that you know my calculus 3 class is not doing that for me or my thermodynamics or naval engineering or electrical engineering all that nonsense but you know when you know how to build a business and build a network right and recruit and close and develop people skills and how to fight objections and things of that sort you learn those skills guys it’s priceless you can use them in anything so number five is training so those are my top five reasons that everyone why everyone should own a home-based business let’s go through them again number one tax savings number two make great money part-time number three you get to do what you’re passionate about number four it gives you options it gives you the options of firing your boss one day if you want or keep your keep your job and still do it part-time and number five the
