friends it’s eurie here and I am in the recording studio in my house and well I’m kind of back in the groove here back I’m just actually making sure that this is working properly so I’m back in the groove back from a two month sabbatical which I’ll tell you better in a second so I’m not sure this is showing up properly on the page and yes we’re good alright so I’m actually speaking with somebody not to myself and not to some camera that is not going to record this so I’m back it’s beginning in September drop the kids off the school this morning they start their first day and if you like kids hope you drop them off as well and they’re off to a great start and hopefully you’ve had an amazing summer so in this video I’m gonna share seven interesting business lessons I learned during my two-month sabbatical and I think you’ll get a lot of value of these lessons and I’m doing Facebook live because I’ve just figured out how to do this awesome thing from my desktop so I’m actually actually have to hold my phone anymore and I’ve committed to doing a weekly health printer business-related show every Wednesday at 1 p.m. Eastern okay so this is a little bit early today but I was like you know what let’s get this thing going so every Wednesday one o’clock Eastern Time 10 a.m. Pacific join me right here on my profile page and I’ll be giving you some amazing insights and just awesome thinking kind of ideas and strategies to help you grow your health business specifically in online so you want to deliver presents build your goodness I’m here to help you guys alright so I hope you had an amazing summer I had an awesome summer so I want to give you a little bit of a backtrack here the reason I took two months off in the summers is kind of interesting most teachers have the summers off right I’m not a technically trained teacher but I consider myself first and foremost to be a teacher and I’ve never taken some result I’ve actually never taken any time off to the point where I’ve never read and travel with my laptop for instance or I didn’t have my phone with me so this summer first time in my life you know when I was playing soccer I still took a break when I was in school never like you know 10 years of business now never really had a break so I decided you know what I’m gonna do an experiment I’m gonna see two months off fully disconnected from my online business and see what happens yeah caveat I have a team that supports me otherwise this would not have been possible and I’ll talk about that in the 7 things but here’s the thing I realized like you know as health and fitness professionals we tell people well most of us preach a similar message which is like listen there’s a difference between overloading and overtraining most people run their businesses as if they were overtraining their bodies that’s it they’re doing Crossfit every single day and then doing a Tough Mudder rates on the weekend there’s a huge amount of nonsense in this space when it comes to like hustle and grinding it out and like working yourself to the bone it’s almost like this you know we have this it’s almost like a medallion in our society it’s like people are asking hey you know how’s work you busy if things good you know like it we’re almost congratulated for working so hard and I’ve never really bought into that cuz I think it’s stupid I really do we should be praising working smarter not harder now with that said there is a time and place to you know put in a time and you have to kind of feel go through the rub isn’t kind of putting your time and build up your hours in whatever you’re trying to master but there comes a point where you really have to think strategically about how you want to live your life the reason I started my business online is because I didn’t want to work 16 hours a day trying to clients it was a very conscious decision I made over ten years ago I wanted to start a family I wanted to see my kids so long ago spend time with them and I build my life my business around my life so this two-month sabbatical I decided to take at the end of June two workshops that I did it may enjoy an aside about four that I was going to take two months off and just do nothing related to business nothing means no email no internet no like nothing now with that said I have a journal so I do think a lot as most of us do and I was kind of jotting down some notes but nothing super focused like hey team we have to do this so let me get into the seven things that I’ve learned about business churning this sabbatical so the first thing that I discovered and I’m gonna guarantee that to see me very similar for you is that I don’t need to be doing ninety percent of what I was doing and I’m already a pretty good I think I’m pretty good at only doing things that I enjoy doing and things I’m really good doing I don’t waste my time on my new show for the most part so I thought it had a pretty good handle on a lot of this stuff for my business in terms of what I was doing however one of the things that I’ve learned from Verna Harnish and a great book called scaling up was that the toughest thing to delegate actually the the weakness in a company is the leaders strength let me repeat that the weakness in the company is the leaders strength and the reason for that is because that is the last thing that the leader is able to delegate or give to somebody else to do and for me my strength I would sign up developing great content is marketing and strategy and to take two months off my business I haven’t give that to somebody else and so that was very interesting cuz I was thinking I write all my emails every single day where I was you know development of the strategy all the promotions all the marketing plan all that stuff and for two months I did none of that yet every single day we had daily emails going out we had two promotions that I had no involvement with in terms of the products the so the product was created the sales copy the funnel all of that stuff the promotion itself was launched internally without me being present I’m telling you like that was an amazing feeling too when I once in a while check my email to see an email from me about a new thing that we were released and I had no idea about it and then even better was to find out that it actually you know served several hundred people in the process and that was pretty awesome so I learned that a lot of the stuff that I always do specifically doesn’t pertain to marketing I no longer needed to do because I had somebody on our team who’s able to do that just as well if not better in some cases than me and that really gave me a huge low relative because what I did for most of the summer was play tennis okay and this is this was the kind of a second big insight that I had from from taking this time off it’s like when you’re doing nothing when you are doing nothing you really really understand how much time you spend on business right so this downtime magnifies how glued we are to our work and so when you don’t have anything to do with work you’re forced to think about what the heck else am I supposed to be doing right Phillip what’s up its wanna see ya shout outs you guys Phillip yeah school Maryam Jennifer how are you doing guys great summer Jennifer how is the webinar going I want to hear the results of that bad boy it so this downtime really made me like think about kid listen dude if you’re not gonna do anything you’re not gonna just like sit around and do nothing thankfully the girl was on so lots of soccer then the Olympics were on so lots of unfortunate lots of watching TV but in this one what did you decided that was I played a lot of tennis and I mean to the point of playing anywhere from four is seven times a week and I’d love tennis you guys probably know me as being this like soccer dude and I played pro for a number of years but I love tennis and it’s a game that I want to play at the highest level possible for as long as possible and that’s what of committed to doing so I hired a coach started taking lessons getting some like in-depth training played a couple sort of join our club ladder played some tournaments got my ass whooped a couple times whooped a couple asses in the process part of my language but it’s been a great process and I realize that not always being focused on business really resurrecting this passion I have for tennis to a degree that it never really would have realized without that time off so that was pretty cool alright so the next thing was so actually the route ejek by-product out of this tennis thing so I’ve played a lot of tennis kind of react together the old shoulder injury from just repetitive overhead motion and poor shoulder scapular mobilization and and so forth so many ways as a result of trying to be like listen if I’m gonna play tennis for the next seven years I can’t have my shoulder be an issue so I’m gonna start diving against you how to take care of this so that literally led me into this like deep dive on upper body mobility shoulder and scapular mobility proper shoulder exercises all this kind of stuff like swimmers tennis players throwers all this awesome stuff started getting back into some ralphing works and massage work deep tissue work you know tentative tension bands foam rollers lacrosse balls you name it and so that gave me a whole new idea for a component of our health business which could really kind of fit a gap in our business personally which is more like the mobility and recovery stuff and flexibility but that never would have come about had I not gone through all this so that becomes the potential products kind of whole system down the road not in this current time as we have other things to focus on but that becomes like a strategic byproduct of taking this downtime and really focusing on other things which is pretty cool so almost like when you’re going through life and you’re going through these different experiences think about like what is the strategic byproduct what is the offshoot and having done this it’s like what bees fly is that a process called precession when bees fly they actually pollinate at a 90 degree angle from their flight path so these are in one direction but the benefit of the bees flight is actually perpendicular to other paths so it’s not in line with where they’re going that all the good stuff happens there’s a pretty cool analogy for for business and for life as well okay so third lesson third big insight from the sabbatical was that systems and standard operating procedures are critical now if you’re not a systems person you want to find somebody who is or at least like buckle down and do some work on your systems because McDonald’s is a perfect example okay McDonald’s is one of the most recognized brands in the world and for the most part the front-facing business is run by teenagers that’s amazing right you don’t see 45th year old corporate executives at the till tasting order for a Big Mac combo there are thinking about you know the bigger picture stuff in the office but the front-facing business is run by teenagers they are the ones who are creating the product and the product is the same every single time no matter where you go in the world and the only reason they’re able to do that is because of systems documentation and standard operating procedures which basically means here’s how we sent an email here’s how we do this here’s how we do this and you need to document all that stuff and yes it’s tedious but here’s the thing if you’re doing something more than once you need to have a process for that because if it’s done more than once it’s essentially a process and if it’s done more than once then somebody else other than you mostly if we can do it unless you’re the person delivering the contents on video for instance like I’ve got right here so you want to be thinking all areas of your business how can I develop systems documentation around this thing that we’re doing so one of the things that is before I left was we use a wiki in our business to document everything from like everything okay so you can actually set up a free Google wiki for your business if you just type in Google wiki into Google you’ll see the thing come up and you can create your own wiki and it’s essentially like an internal website where you can document everything from emails that you use to funnels to whatever else you want to do so one of the things I did is I created a tab there way he called products or marketing assets and I had thought about it I spent like a whole two days on this and I should have done this a lot sooner but I knew that because I was now going on vacation and you’ve been in this situation before where you’ve gone on vacation somewhere and you everything that you had to do before you want a vacation so that everything was running smoothly it’s the same idea here so I sat down and I wrote down every single product we have in our business and then every single product I wrote down every single sales page video funnel opt-in offer whatever was for that product so every single like product was like an octopus and the tentacles of the octopus were these different assets if you’ve been to one of my workshops you know talk to me with these assets right so it’s not just about having one sales page for a product it’s about you have a sales page you have a video you’ve got an opt-in like a lead magnet some type of funnel wipe in our different assets where people can access the same product so I created all this this list under every single product so that Tom the guy who runs our marketing could easily access these different things because then he knew okay for this product we could send them to this type of you know free thing where we could send them to this video or we can send them right to the offer and each one of those had a link to a corresponding email or necessary marketing material that would go along with that so that was an awesome thing because now we’ve got this master document of all of our product and marketing assets which are like everything so every time we add something new every time we create a new sales page or a new webinar we’ll just add it to that list under each of those products so yes Todd the men as an example of an SOP we use thanks buddy thanks for sure my man that’s great Todd is the dude is former like Navy SEAL of Canada’s so he knows a little bit about systems and processes even though he rebelled against the system somewhat right Todd so that’s for anybody Kassie yes it is a great quotes wherever that disappears you I don’t know the comma just disappeared on my page anyways so where was I talking about with yes Soapy’s market assets all that good stuff okay so that’s number three number four the fourth lesson the fourth big insight from this two-month sabbatical was you weren’t a plan as if you were no longer there I’m also thinking to myself not ever like not an obsessive like Woody Allen way but what would happen if I get hit by a bus tomorrow what would happen to the business if I was no longer here and part of this this is actually a challenge I pose to a lot of people is and a lot of people have been really interested in this ability to take one to however many months off it’s not the taking the time off that’s the important point yes it’s nice for regeneration and rejuvenation and clarity in all that stuff but it forces you to ask questions you would not otherwise have asked so me sharing you this stuff with you is kind of my thing I’ve been through the track now kind of looking back and I’ve been pouring some of the wisdom that I’ve shared whether I’ve learned along the way one of these things is if you plan as if you were no longer there you will approach your business very differently so let’s look at the example of being a personal trainer so that’s how I started off by starting off with a personal trainer training 10 to 14 hours a day so what happens if I I’ll tell you exactly what happens if I was no longer there because it happened I stopped making money I stopped serving my clients and I remember this in 2006 I went to Europe with my wife then girlfriend Amy six weeks in Europe then we saved up all this money and her trip at the time I had no online presence a zero actually that wasn’t sure I had very minimal almost nothing so saved up all this money to travel and then when I was over there every single time we went out it’s bought something ate something that amount of money went down and down and down and down meanwhile my clients were back in Toronto not being served by my awesomeness and figuring out their stuff on their own so they were being helped I wasn’t making the income I needed to make to survive beyond the the travel but I quickly realized that I was trading time for money and that was never gonna change because that job was always dependent on me being there so if I had a plan my personal training life around me not being there then maybe that would have been that would have looked like opening up a gym hiring other trainers to do the work for me our buddy Dan Gogh was a great example of that was an amazing gym in Toronto just specifically for women and he has other trainers that run the business for him pretty much but online okay that’s what we’re talking about here is really good this is online presences online platform is if you are the one doing everything then you essentially have a job so you need to think about yourself and this is this is one of the biggest and correct me if I’m wrong just you know if say a thumbs up or a raise your head a few because one of the biggest challenges that many health and fitness professionals realize when they come from a one-on-one clinical setting or a gym setting online is that they’re coming from a position of technical expertise you want to build bigger arms this is exactly how to do it you want to get ready for a 5k race this is how to do it that technical expertise which is what we are so awesome at helping people with right which is awesome which is why I love helping other health and fitness professionals hence health burger and by the way if you’re not part of our health burger community go to a health partner lucam join the community got some cool free stuff in there for you and I would be sharing some more awesome insights to help you code your online business anyways the challenge though is when you take that technical expertise and you come online now you have to think like a business owner you literally have to shift gears and think like a CEO and that from me personally took me a long time it took me I would say easily five years and I’m a slow learner okay you’re probably bit faster than I am I’m a little bit of a slow learner I think so took me about five years to realize that if I’m only the person who can help you get in better health where they were thinking about the business acumen of it I’m not gonna be helping the people that I want to help because I firmly believe if you want to impact a lot of people if you want to make more money if you want to have more free time well you need to build a business system that supports that and a system is something that can operate without your presence so that’s something really important thinking about how would you approach your business how would you approach your business differently if you knew you were not gonna be there next week think about that okay alright so insight number five lesson number five which I kind of goes hand-in-hand with that is that your team a team is critical now I understand that you know it’s it’s not it’s easier said than done it’s not as easy as you know it may seem when I started off online it was myself there’s like me doing everything and if that’s where you’re right that’s rewrapped like initially you have to do most of the stuff but very quickly figure out what are the things you love doing what are the things that are most important for your business and what are the things that you don’t like doing that just suck away your energy you want to figure out a way to get those off your plates so I’m just going to wipe my nose kids give you a little signs thing so get a little sniffles sure if you’re there so you want to find a way to offset offload all those things you don’t want to do and give them to somebody else during live MVA a virtual assistant or a local assistance or you know somebody else who can help you do that stuff for me my brother Adam was that first person and he ended up turning into our VP of Operations so he BC runs the business and I don’t need it like so funny we had dinner about a month or so into my sabbatical and he was like like how’s everything going he’s like dude it’s awesome it’s actually better without you that’s great that’s perfect that’s exactly what I want so you want to find a team of people whether it’s one two ten 20 whatever your business is you know gonna be answer or is that you need to find that group of people who are able to support you right now you know we’ve run an amazing amazing content machine on our blog and I have very little involvement with that you know our marketing is basically taken care of and what that allows me to do is the only thing I cannot and do not want to delegate from my business is video so when I do stuff like this this is me this is not like my clone this is well maybe in a couple years I might get my car I’m not sure but this is me and who used to be on YouTube that’s me and I love doing video that’s it’s what I’d love to do that’s what I’m gonna continue doing but a lot of the other stuff I don’t really need to be doing my team can handle that and they can do it better than I can in a lot of cases so you want to pick the things that you’re amazing at doing your unique ability and focus on that slowly but surely everything else becomes somebody else’s unique ability and the stuff they worked on and lefted you remember if you’re doing something that you don’t like to do not only does that suck your energy but also it also prevents somebody else from doing the things they love to do because what if somebody loves running numbers what if somebody loves editing your written work think about that okay so your team is critical I’m very blessed to have a team of about 12 people and they’re amazing I just actually had a team meeting with them this morning or with our kind of core group and just not only just I’m very grateful and appreciative for the fact that I’m able to play tennis and if you know like several times a week or just chill out with my kids or do nothing and my business is helping thousands and thousands of people and continuing to grow in my absence now I don’t see the stuff to impress you because really my business is not impressive you don’t like it sure we built a substantial business and we talk a lot of people but it’s not something you cannot do when I came online I had no idea what I was doing for the first couple years I figured it out the hard way and now I’m here and I’m committed to sharing the goods with you that’s why I’ve started health from her and personally for me the majority of my time and focus and energy from this point forward will be on health preneur and the reason for that is because my existing brand my existing health brand Jarell came is more or less systemized I don’t need to be present other than doing video which is cool right so it’s a lot of fun and I love health primarily it’s I love sharing this business and this marketing and these is kind of thinking you know these different ways of thinking about business is really approaching business in a more intelligent way to help you impact more people have more free time make more money because you deserve to live an amazing life I really believe that as a health and fitness professional you have gifts and with that gift comes a massive responsibility to help people you already are help you people and just imagine the impact you can have and five years down the road ten years down the road maybe right now you’re running your own boot camp you’re running your own gym you’re in clinic maybe you’re starting your business online and it’s just kind of just getting started well just imagine where things can be in five 10 years I’m telling you I had no idea I would be here ten years ago I had visions and I had ideas of World Water Day you know but you know I figured like you were you know New Times bestselling author three published books dr. oz all these big shows big speaking stages helping half a million people I probably wouldn’t believe that because at the time I was working on a kitchen table in a small 700 square foot I think it was 700 750 square feet apartment third floor of a house and my dog Jack’s Phoebe before Hana’s ppad right beside the table because he was just a little and we’re learning you know teach him how to do his business and I was lazy but I didn’t want to take him outside to go pee every five seconds so we just put a pee pad in the kitchen and he was doing his business there ran fumes of urine and other stuff coming up I’m trying to work at the kitchen table our next door neighbor it’s the best part our next-door neighbor must have been a porn star because because the Stalin’s coming over from the wall we’re just always hilarious we never did her sometimes and we would just hear the lobby like the wall is pounding is if someone who you throw it up against the wall that’s crazy so oh my god good times I would not want to go back to those times this is a good time to start with nonetheless so that was going on in our hallway slash literally kind of like you know living area were thirty thousand dollars worth of boxes of inventory that again foolishly I invested in for one of our products to do trade shows because I thought that was the best thing to do so we have like floor-to-ceiling boxes could barely walk around them so between that working in the kitchen full of pee and urine to to where I am today is it’s amazing like I’m super super grateful for the power not only the technology and the internet but more importantly our when I see the power I mean us plus health professionals who have the ability to really help others transform their lives that this is our golden ticket that is the ticket if you didn’t have this know how you would not be able to help anyone and remember it you get paid in proportion to the value you provides the marketplace so never forget that you are in major major asset and I believe health and fitness professionals should be the highest paid professionals in the world because we transform people’s lives for the better I was just reading a post on my facebook messages from a gentleman who lost 100 50 pounds watching my youtube videos he was 500 pounds now he’s 350 so he sent this his long email as a Facebook message and I’ve never saw this until today and I was like that’s why we do what we do it’s just it’s amazing to be able to touch people who you’ve never met who may watch your videos read your blog stuff your blog post seen you on Facebook read your emails and you are transforming their lives okay these are individuals around numbers every single day you are impacting 1,000 million people and you deserve to receive the fruits of that labor it’s truly it truly is a tremendous thing we are making the world a better place you were making the world a better place never forget that okay two more lessons and insights here I’ve seen that’s right I’ve already shared one of them which is so the next one which is already covered is new passions emerge from space not from outer space but when you have distance and space new things emerge from Neos tennis I love playing tennis I played a lot of tennis balls young I kind of retired in my early 20s because I usually have frustrated and then I picked it up a couple years ago and I can’t get it off I could play like ten hours a day and it still wouldn’t be enough so from that space comes a lot of clarity and let me give you a perfect example you I guarantee if you’re watching this you’ve been in a situation at some point your life where what’s that Nicole hope you do well you you’ve been in a relationship with somebody right a couple months a couple years all of a sudden we break up the first thing we all think is oh my god I’m never gonna find anybody as good as this they’re like they’re my soul mates I can never replace them this is this is the one but then something interesting happens you know talked for a while a couple days a couple weeks maybe you’re moving apart or whatever a couple months down the road you’re like holy cow what I can’t like I’m so happy about with this person how could I have ever seen myself pursuing this relationship with this individual that space has given you a clarity as to what’s really important in your life when you’re in it when you’re in the relationship you can’t see outside the forest you can’t see the trees for the force or the force for the trees whatever and where the saying is and the same thing is when you’re working in the grind when your head is down when you’re typing away when you’re doing your thing you can’t get the bigger perspective that’s why it’s so important to take time out of your business to go for a walk to take a day or two off to attend some type of higher level thinking workshop or mastermind or event from whatever connect with with other people that are gonna just kinda like raise your level of awareness and consciousness not just with business but life in general so these new passions can come up from that from that space and clarity and it really really is awesome because now what’s cool for me is that I want to travel the world playing tennis like I literally had this delusional idea that I could play the ETP tour against Novak Djokovic and like the downloadables guys it’s probably not gonna happen I’m 36 so chemic according to tennis I’m in the seniors now I’m in the senior certainly the seniors is 35 Plus which is crazy so worlds like this so my tennis coach is saying you can actually register with the International Tennis Federation the ITF and you can play tournaments all around the world and I’m thinking oh my goodness awesome I love travel I love playing tennis it’d be cool to travel with the kids in the family and be able to play tennis and a tournament over in Austria or in Italy or Mexico or somewhere else and for me that’s an added incentive to just make my business grow and grow and grow to be able to accommodate that lifestyle even more easily so a lot of cool things come out of space and clarity and the other thing that I realized is that the more you obsess about something the more you put out to the universe you don’t believe you can actually come to you so when you work super super hard and you’re like obsessing about something and you you think that more is better like you have to work and work and work at it and there’s a spectrum here right there’s a spectrum between doing the work and testing and optimizing and tweaking stuff and obsessing to the point of like checking numbers every seconds you this this kind of mindset of it’s never enough there’s a lack of something and when you have that belief you’re essentially putting out to the universe that what you want is not coming to you and as a result you have to try so much harder to try to pull it in but the reality is that the more give you a perfect tennis analogy in a second the less effort you put in the better the results are gonna be this was a huge eye-opener so my first tennis lesson my tennis instructor is like so tennis pro whatever you want to call it he’s like let me see your serve so you know take a couple balls with it I’ve always had a really hard serve but he’s like ok your serve is a major weapon but you’re going to destroy your shoulder if you keep serving that way because it was all for me like I never had any proper coaching when I was younger and for me it was almost like having a muscle and I’m just going to use my muscle and power just destroy the ball and he taught me this whole concept called effortless power so my tennis serve now is was totally reconstructed I finally got serving with my other hand for a while but it’s become so much better and so much more effortless and I’m generating more power and I’m saving my shoulder so my shoulder doesn’t hurt like I used to when I’m serving and I’m generating more power the serve is more effective in terms of its placements and height and all that stuff and it all comes from trying less hard and again I know this is a very big paradox of the shift and what most people say like you gotta grind it out it’s got to do work and you do but there comes a point where you have to pull back and just allow things to happen so yeah so new passions can emerge from this space okay the final one which is initially going to number six but I’ve moved it to number seven now is this is this is the baby okay you need space to think and the reason this is so important is that the number one activity you can do as the leader of your business as the entrepreneur as the thought leader thoughts leader what do you think that means thinking right the number one usage for time is thinking it’s not ready copy it’s not shooting videos it’s the thinking that goes into what that stuff is going to be and you need space to think so get away from the computer turn off the internet go to a coffee shop sit in the forest sit by the lake whatever you have to do that time to disconnect and think is your most valuable use of time you may not seem like it because you’re not taking crazy action but that space to think is where all the big breakthroughs happen I mean have you had a huge breakthrough while you were in the grind working at your computer no probably not you’ve probably the big breakthrough taking a shower going for a run in my case you know not necessarily during a tennis match but playing for instance I was at the courts last week just by myself working for two hours on my serve just by myself just smash the balls non-stop working on my technique a little bit it’s pretty tired after that pretty sweaty and I just sat down there’s such a beautiful day and I just sat there and that space to just sit on a tennis court with no laptop or phone and think and then boom an idea comes up that’s where the magic happens that is when you are most connected choose our true purpose your true calling your inner spirit that thing you know you need to be doing that is when that emerges so for me it taking these two months off was was a massive just just a massive disconnect and it gave me so much time and space to really focus on you know a bigger picture of thinking you know one of the big things that we came out of this with was so we just had our team meeting this morning and I said you guys listen you probably thought I was gonna come back with you know ten ideas that we all had to implement by like next week and you’d be overwhelmed and like oh my god but what I’m gonna suggest here is that we typically every quarter we focus on anywhere from three to five things and I said listen you know we’re gonna just blow everything up we’re gonna put everything away and we’re gonna focus on one thing imagine that this one thing is the only thing in our business and then we have to do whatever it takes to make this thing what I call a million dollar fine which is busy is this a funnel or a product line that in and of itself is a fully sustainable business that we can walk away from and so that’s we’re that’s we’re focusing on as of today one thing I’m not gonna tell you what that is that’s the secret that’s a surprise but it’s one thing that we’re working on that oh man it’s gonna be crazy so I would not have thought about that or not had the the space and the time to think about it’s a really take action on it had I not had that time away from from all the craziness nothing like you know things were crazy before but just to really do nothing you get a lot of you get a lot of stuff done so there you go guys a little bit longer than I had anticipated but whatever what I want to do is let you guys know first and foremost as I mentioned before is every Wednesday at 1:00 p.m. Eastern I will be doing a 30-minute I don’t know what I’m gonna call it it might be like a biz show or whatever no let me know what you think I should call this bad boy so every Wednesday we’re gonna talk your internet business drama business marketing thinking tools strategies to help you grow your business or impact the revenues your free time what should I call this bad boy I don’t think the help from her show B would be fitting I don’t know if you have any ideas let me know in the comments sure that’d be awesome because I’m a huge believer in going to the marketplace and asking for the feedback and what you guys would think so every Wednesday 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time mark them your calendar put a reminder in Google Calendar so you notify you because I’ve got some pretty cool stuff here I’m gonna just give you a little rundown as some of the the shows coming up over the next couple of weeks so we’ve got a Productivity special coming up next week but I’m gonna walk you through a lot eight exercise we’re talking abouts in a future episode and the truth of a grind hustle I’m working too hard which I’m sure you have an idea of what were you talking about there every month the last Wednesday of every month we’re gonna do a marketing makeover so I’m gonna take for whoever tunes in the most I’ll literally take your business and we’ll sit down somehow figure it out and we’ll do a 30 minute makeover of your business your marketing following your message or look whatever you want to do we’ll do that for 30 minutes once a month at the end of every month should use should you use sneaky email subject lines a little-known free tool I use to organize my business six planning tricks to get more done in less time the number one way to grow your online health business which is very controversial the oldest rule in advertising that almost every business owner forgets books and best seller baloney that’s right my favorite social media channel which I believe is the best for health professionals and much more so this is just some of the stuff that I’ve got coming your way over the coming weeks and months it’s gonna be awesome and Josh good to see you here buddy good to see you hope you do well so yeah it’s gonna be great so if you guys any ideas from what I should call this show maybe what I’ll do is if you have to give me the best suggestion right here on the page in the comments if I decide to choose your show what I’ll do is I will do a free 30-minute Skype chats business consult with you is that cool so if you come up with a really cool idea name for the show a health printer or something or something on the lines of whatever and I choose your name for the show then I will hook you up with a 30 minutes consult on your biz which should be pretty fun so every Wednesday 1:00 o’clock Eastern Time that’s 10:00 a.m. Pacific and there it is so I’ll be doing on the profile page here I’m literally turning my personal profile page into more of a kind of a business achieving your goals you know helping lots of people type of page instead of my fan page which is a bit more focus on the health and nutrition if fitness stuff so hope you guys have enjoyed this they have so much for tuning in what I’m gonna do is I want to record this bad boy which I have been and I’m gonna put up on youtube so I’ll post the link to that as well maybe in the comments for those who missed out and I look forward to seeing you guys next Wednesday have an awesome week hopefully
