hey everyone today is January the 16th 2018 welcome to finding work at home jobs calm I'm excited to go through today's work at home job leads with you if you're looking to work from home just keep checking back because eventually I'm sure the perfect job lead will come up for you but yeah let's go through some of these job leads and do stick around to the end because I do have a little information for you on how you can make multiple streams of income or I should say how you can get information on doing that so all right so the first job lead that we're gonna look at today is offered by VIP kit this is a neat position because it's offered worldwide it is for people who have a bachelor's degree and if you have teaching experience even better pay is usually somewhere around 14 to 18 dollars per hour and some teachers report making up to $22 per hour and so yeah if you get to I believe you get to choose your own schedule and yeah that's VIP kid right now it looks like they're specifically looking for online yes all instructors but they also often look for teachers so that's VIP kid and next let's look at a job being offered by Amazon this is also offered worldwide and it's offered for someone who is fluent in both English and who can communicate with their French Canadian customers Amazon's French Canadian customers so you would need to be fluent in both I love this position because I like that the basic qualifications have that you should have a minimum of two years experience in customer service or a minimum of one year experience and other in another similar leadership role so what's this tell what this is telling me is that you don't have to have supervisory experience or managerial experience you can go in with just your two years of customer service experience and apply and you should because this is you know when they're offered when they're opening to the door this is how you move on a platter so usually with Amazon customer service reps the pay is somewhere around $10 per hour I would assume that if you're a team manager you're gonna be making a bit more so again it's offered worldwide so why not check it out all right and so next this position is actually being offered worldwide as well and this is being offered by on-the-go systems they have three different positions available right now one is for a wordpress developer next Ruby on Rails developer and next Italian German supporters so read through the job description see if that's something that you'd like to do again this is offered worldwide all right so next live ops and I know I've if you've been following me for a while you know that live ops hires entry-level workers so if you've never worked from home but you want to get your foot in the door this might be a company to look at they usually are quick to hire entry-level people and this particular position is for an inbound sales representative I did this myself for a different company it's a company that's very similar to live ops at the time it was called West at home it's now called allarakha and they are often hiring as well and it was when I had two young young babies they were babies and I was trying to work in between naps and you know bedtimes and all that kind of stuff I didn't have much time the thing that I loved about West at home at the time was that they only required that I work four hours a month it's looking back on that now and like how much money did I make I must have made like maybe 10 bucks but it was great for me because I got my foot in the door the work at home world I had a great resume piece and I built from there each specific job from there that I got I still put West at home on my resume because I did I was I worked from home they were able to see that I was disciplined enough to work actually in a quiet environment I was able to get to work on time and I was a valued employee this kind of work only helps you you want to get this as a notch on your belt so on the pay for this particular position is 20 to 25 cents a minute yeah this is 20 or 25 cents per minute of talk time so what that means is for 60 minutes of talk time you can expect to make somewhere between like what 12 to 15 an hour but that's only if you're working in the whole 60 minutes now I know the way that we did it at West at home I don't know if that's what they're doing here for this particular project that live ups I think each product is different but we used to have a minimum that we would make so if we didn't get 60 minutes worth of work then they would pay us at least a state minimum wage so I would think that they would do that with with live ops but you might want to find out when if you apply but yeah it's again it's flexible you can schedule when you want to work so you are totally in control of when you work and it's just a great resume piece so yeah that is live ops all right and the next n thrive is looking for a Cancer Registry specialist now they are looking for someone with specific qualifications so please do look over the qualifications and see if that's something that you not only would be interested in but that you would have qualified for and so next transcribe' me and they are looking for transcriptionists this is a project that they are doing and it says that the rate of pay for this project is $65 per audio hour so remember that audio hour is different than just your regular hour it's basically one hours worth of audio you'd have to transcribe that and they will pay you sixty five dollars flat for that so if it takes you 10 hours to transcribe that one hour of audio then you're making like a dollar now or no not a dollar but you know what I mean so um six dollars an hour or something like that so you're gonna want to keep that in mind basically this is good for someone who can type really fast and really accurately that's you then just go ahead and fill out this application and let's see what happens good luck all right and so next fleet EO is hiring a support content specialist no word on whether this is offered nationwide or just in Alabama I can't remember actually I thought I it might be in this job description so you might just want to look it over but here are some of the benefits right here and then here are the requirements and again they're looking for specific qualifications so make sure that you look that over all right and so now with this one this position is not tied into a particular website I just copied and pasted directly from the company itself so what they're looking for here is a virtual assistant here the hour is 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time in an unpaid 30-minute lunch the position is Monday through Friday forty hours per week and the pay rate is sixteen dollars per hour so the way that you'd apply is you'd actually email this particular company jobs that profit factory comm and they give you specific instructions on how to do that please write in the subject line hi I'm and then put your name from your city and state interested in the art of applying position so make sure you follow everything that they asked you to do to the letter and then in the body please write a thirteen sentence email boy they are specific aren't they too sentence open salutation I'm sorry they are so specific that's I don't I rarely see that so yeah you'll want to go ahead and just do it exactly like they say to do and I'm not sure why I'm finding this so funny and then you're gonna want to attach your resume as a PDF if you don't know how to do that it's really really simple let's say you have your resume as a Word document saved on your computer go to Google Drive if you don't have Google Drive you'll have to open a gmail account it's free and it's really easy to do once you open a gmail account they'll tell you that one of the options that you have available to you is Google Drive for free Google Drive is like Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for free so what you in will do is once you have Google Drive up in the in the upper left corner there should be a tab that says upload click on upload and then find your document on your computer your resume go ahead and upload it and then when you go to save it you click file save or whatever in Google Drive you're gonna want to click save as and then there will be another long menu there of options that you can save it as say you're gonna want to save it as a PDF so save it as a PDF save it to your desktop and then you will have a PDF copy of your resume to attach to any email that you want to and it's as easy as that and it's free you don't have to do any Adobe Acrobat kind of thing don't stress out about that don't pay just use Google Drive it's free all right and mortgage loan officers are needed this is offered by Citizens Bank they are hiring in two different states it looks like so if you have experience as a mortgage loan officer and you live in either New Jersey or Pennsylvania you can work from home please please do apply all right and bustled digital media is looking for a lifestyle writer and you're gonna want to basically do the cold pitches and you're gonna want to I believe send them a portfolio I don't see here maybe you don't need to I'm gonna put the link to Gina Corky's blog post on how to be a freelance writer again at the bottom of this video in case you missed it I think it was yesterday or the day before I featured her blog post because that blog post is worth money it's it's got everything that you need to become a freelance writer step-by-step and it talks about cold pitching it talks about putting together a portfolio and how to do that of course her paid course goes into that in like my mute detail like a million times more detail but you know if you just kind of want to get an idea her blog post is it's so detailed and it's I can't even imagine how much time it took her to put that together she is a superstar but anyway so I'll put that at the bottom of this email for those of you who are interested because I see these kinds of writing positions come up every single day like probably hundreds of them but obviously I can't put them all on my site I'm very limited to what I can put on my daily job leads page they only allow me to put up like a certain amount of job leads and plus the time factor I just don't have the time to be and be putting all the job leads that I come across so anyway yeah but I will put that at the very bottom of the email all right and then two more two more job leads if you are fluent in English and Korean and you'd like to work as a telephone interpreter globo is hiring right now and then last of all for today's job leads this is another job lee that's not attached to a website I just copied and pasted it straight from the company's job Lee basically CEO connection is looking for an appointment setter please be advised that this is not you do not get a paycheck for this basically this is Commission based only so this is something if you're really good at sales and you are comfortable speaking to CEOs or you know is on the phone if you are dying for a steady salary this is not for you but if you are comfortable speaking of CEOs if you are good at sales if you are looking for something that's commission based you want to work four to six hours a day etc etc then CEO connection wants you so here's where you can email your qualifications and something interesting about yourself to HR at CEO connection calm that seems a lot more reasonable than the other the other job lead that have had you put specific specific words in your email anyway um last of all I wanted to talk today about multiple streams of income because as you know I've worked from home for about coming up one no I guess twelve years twelve twelve and a half years now right now I'm not working from home so I'm looking for something but I'm looking for something perfect so I'm taking my time and I'm lucky that I'm able to right now at this point in my life but not everyone has that that option but I'll tell you I'm grateful that I have that option and one of the reasons I have that option is because I do have multiple streams of income and so I highly suggest getting multiple streams of income I highly suggest getting a side hustle a side business a part time job something anything it's so good at tax time if you have a business because you can write off so much money it's unbelievable and and it's good to you to just have money for extras like a family vacation or to pay off debt save up for your kids college just having your emergency fund I highly suggest having a side hustle and you never know if that side hustle or those multiple streams of income will overtake what you're doing at your normal nine-to-five job one day you know so it takes a lot of time and does it take a lot of time but you know you work hard and and that's the American dream right so I wanted to bring up that silent sales machine which was up I think up until recently or at least it still is the best-selling ebook on Amazon for years and years and years and years and years now when you are the best-selling ebook on Amazon it's for a reason if you're not if you're not giving sorry my dogs are going crazy if you're not giving good information people are not going to keep buying your book and Jim Cochrane has proven himself he gives good information he's the real deal he's legitimate and so this silent sales machine book is all about multiple streams of income and how to set yourself up the right way I wish I had actually stumbled upon his book before I started some of my online businesses but I've kind of rectified and I follow his philosophies now but anyway I wanted to let you know about this book because if you are looking into a side hustle or multiple streams of income or you know part-time job or something building a blog maybe you'll want to read this book first trust me because you want the foundation to be right you don't want to be chasing after an audience you want the audience to come to you and he tells you exactly what you need to do what your mindset needs to be what you know basically how you need to set things up to have it the other way around otherwise you're constantly chasing after people and it's just not it's not good so if
