hey everyone welcome to finding work at home jobs calm today's January the 15th 2018 and I'm excited to be sharing today's work at home job leads with you today and don't forget that these are only posted for today but I to give my newsletter subscribers a free weekly newsletter with all the job leads that I've compiled over the past week and that comes out every Monday sometimes Tuesday if I'm going a little slow but today's job job leads newsletter went out with about thirty three job leads from the previous week and I think most if not all of them were work at home job leads and the ones that weren't would have been flexible work at home job opportunities but I believe it was 100% work at home job leads and then I gave information on a company named Gabi Ville I spoke to the hiring manager for this company last week and I was super impressed with this company and I really think 100% that this is the best virtual receptionist job out there the pay 950 per hour so I know that's a little bit on the low side but the perks that they give you are amazing so you know I'm just gonna take you over to that page really quick just so I can show you a couple of the perks and for me working at a company that is pleasant to work at is extremely important like for me that is much more important than pay actually but the fact that this company offers some pretty neat perks makes us even a better situation I really like the hiring manager it sounds like he's got a really good operation going over there at Gabi Ville but yeah so let's take a look so you would be considered an independent contractor when you start out with this company as a virtual receptionist but within three months they would switch you over to employee status why does that make a difference because you or you would be paid by the hour and not by the minute so that means that whether it's it's a really slow day on the phones or or not you would still be paid for the entire hour regardless of whether or not you even get a single phone call during that hours so it makes it nicer when you are paid by the hour and that only happens if you are an employee the other thing is that they of course take state and federal income taxes out of your paycheck when you are an employee with a company not so as an independent contractor but like I said you were only considered an independent contractor with Gabby bill for the first three months and then they switch you over to working as an employee so pay is 950 an hour but they do offer paid time off for major holidays so Christmas Thanksgiving New Year New Year's Day that sort of thing they do also offer a raise of $1.00 after one year of working for the company which is really great I love this this next thing they offer what's called occurrences which is basically sick time that they will pay you for so you get eight occurrences per year which covers pay for eight entire workdays however if you don't use your eight occurrences in what year in one year what the company will do is that they'll pay you out for those eight sick days at the end of the year not only that they'll double it if you haven't used any of those eight days and they'll pay you for sixteen days I thought that was really really cool um the next thing that I really love is that they offer unlimited overtime so if you're trying to save up to go on a family vacation or you're just trying to pay off debt or you just want money for the extras you can go in whenever you want overtime is uncapped so on top of a 40-hour work schedule it is guarantee to you you get to choose whether you want to go in a couple hours early before your shift or stay a couple hours late after your shift they don't cap you on it so you can just work as much overtime as you want how awesome is that I've never heard of a company doing that and then the next thing that I thought was really neat is that the company's only opened Monday through Friday so you have weekends off let's imagine having every Saturday and Sunday off it's amazing so I really really like this this company and I think if you're interested in working from home as a virtual receptionist and it you want like an entry-level position this is 100% the best company to go to and you don't need a ton of experience they do require that you have some customer service experience they would prefer that you have receptionist experience but almost everybody has experience answering phones so it shouldn't really be a big deal as long as you work on your resume to make it really spiffy and and make sure that you highlight that you have worked as in customer service and call centers that you've answered phones for companies or you know however you want to word it and then unfortunately there's no website to apply to what you need to do if you're interested in applying is that you would need to do these three things right here and I'm gonna put this link to this page at the very bottom of this video so you can see it but you're gonna need to provide screenshots of these three things and then you're going to need to send a resume and a cover letter to Erakat Gavi Volcom if they like you they'll get back to you pretty quickly usually within one day please be sure to check your spam folder I've heard of emails landing there from this company landing in your spam folder so you don't want to check there and then once once you get an offer from them then they'll go over what you need they said that they do use plant Roenick brands for their USB headsets so and you can get them through Amazon I'll also put a link to Plantronics Plantronics France at the bottom of this video so you can take a look and see what they look like they're generally cheaper through Amazon although you can also get them through places like Best Buy and OfficeMax and then here are the states that they're currently hiring in so um one of the things that I really like the hiring manager told me is that they are always hiring for this virtual receptionist position I have that in writing he put that to me in writing so anyway um I thought there was one more thing I was going to tell you with this company but anyway I just think this is a fantastic company again I'll put this link at the very very bottom of this video and as far as in the other job leads excuse me let's talk about member service agents if you have had experience helping Medicare Advantage members then broad path health care solutions is looking for you they need people to join their team and basically they need people who have high levels of patience because you're gonna be speaking to people who might be elderly and might need things explained to them very clearly and slowly and you might have to repeat yourself so previous Medicare Advantage Member Services experience is required and here are the other requirements so again you can find this job lead on my website there is a company named con doin and they are looking for a virtual customer service call center reps this is available in the US and it is part-time work again its call center work from home and here are the requirements as far as education and qualifications they would prefer that you are bilingual that you speak Spanish but it's not required alright and then next is Mantella gence they are looking for writers and you can get paid 45 to $100 per article depending on an article length and apparently you're going to you're going to be helping guys all over the world with your awesome articles it says important note at this time we do not accept guest posts not sure what a guest post is don't worry it likely doesn't apply to you hmm and again that just ripped me the wrong way but maybe I'm just being super sensitive okay seems a little 80/20 their remote director enterprise telephony this is a John that's being offered by Cara Centrex and where's the job lead here it comes this is basically a management type of position so you're gonna need to have had some pretty steep qualifications like a four-year degree in technology or business and five to eight years progressive responsibility in IT telephony field so if that's something that you think you can do then check it out and next a company named remote year is looking for a brand ambassador coordinator this is a remote position in the US and if I remember right this is also a management type of oh okay it's an HR position you're gonna manage the recruitment hiring and training of future remote your ambassadors so if you have position if you have experience in human resources in the past this might be a great position to look at and then registered nurses I'm always oh it's gone alright alright these jobs go quickly and then this one's kind of neat if you're in college right now and you your communications major move on org is looking for a communications intern for a three-month project it is part-time work up to 15 hours per week it starts right away and it pays about $25 per hour you can work from anywhere in the continental US exit that and then United Health Group is looking for a senior clerk this is a work from home position and so here the qualifications high school diploma one year of data entry experience and one year of clerical experience and computer proficiency is required previous customer service experience work and then they prefer that you have medical or healthcare experience so the requirements aren't too steep so if this is something that you're interested in your wanting to get into the into medical and health field and check it out and last of all for today is a pure needs customer service champions in the Western Hemisphere I mean of the of the world so this is a work from home position do be advised the zapier does have a pretty intense application process so but yeah if that's something that you think you'd like to look at this is a great company I've heard only great things about it so um last of you look them up on Amazon you'll see that he's one of the best-selling writers for ebooks on Amazon right now this is what I'm excited about right here writing ebooks coz I have a ton of ideas in my head and I just need someone to show me like how do I transfer all that over to an e-book so I'm really excited about this course flea market flipping doesn't get much easier than that but there's still some tips that you'll want to hear about if that's something that you're interested in freelance writing scoping which is really neat because it's working with court transcribers and basically it's like editing what they're what they're typing out and then this one sounds kind of interesting to helping mothers build their businesses because we know as moms and dads that you know it can be challenging trying to balance it all and so and that's not it guys there's more there's book marketing and self-publishing and amazon selling how to sell on Amazon had a plan build and launch a membership site in 90 days advanced virtual assisting affiliate marketing strategy written by I'm sorry taught by Michelle Schroeder Gardner who has she basically makes like like three million dollars a year selling her affiliate marketing strategy so you'll want to hear what she has to say on how to make money in affiliate marketing it's awesome this guy Peter Valle he's known for teaching people how to sell books on Amazon you know how to go to like garage sales and and goodwill and little flea markets and buy cheap cheap cheap books and flip them on Amazon for amazing amounts of money he's written so many books on the subject and he's really the Guru on it so you'll want to hear what he has to say cuz he has a lot of great information on how to build a multi-million dollar book buying and selling business on Amazon and and more there's more there's lots more guys so this is gonna be a six day event look there's even homeschool how to's neat and then this too I want to take a look at LinkedIn and lead generation tools being healthy and fit at home I need that and and then you know we end up on day six and here are the lessons so guys this is like I said it's free you it's 24
