hey what’s up everybody this is Tuan B and I want to welcome you and thank you for taking the time to watch this short keynote presentation that I put together okay so don’t worry it’s not going to be a 1 hour 2 hour thing it’s gonna be pretty short and concise and the topic of the discussion today is affiliate marketing / internet marketing okay so the next level super affiliate what am I talking about here I’m talking about the guys you know the upper echelon the top percentile of affiliates online that just crush it with everything they do they may have different companies different products different services just anything they involve themselves in they seem to just crush it okay and you may be an affiliate you may be a super affiliate but I’m talking about this super super affiliates that upper level the next level type of affiliate okay and I think that’s where a lot of people aspire to be a lot of people want to get to that level so how do you take your affiliate marketing business just leaps and bounds ahead of your competition because let’s be honest it’s a very competitive space so there has to be some strategy to put in place to take you and your income and your business to the next level okay but before we get into that who is Tuan V okay so Who am I who is the person giving this keynote presentation and why she should you listen to me okay so there are some people who may already know who I am and there’s probably a huge percentage of people who have no idea who I am at all okay so to sum it up and give you a little context and background on Who I am I’ve been full time making a living online since 2009 okay so I’ve been in the online CPA slash affiliate marketing / performance marketing space for almost no pretty much a decade now okay and I’ve been doing it full-time I’m not working a job and doing this and honeymooning with this later on than in the day this is actually something that I do to put food on the table and to make a living every single day okay so this is not just something I do as a hobby this is a real business and I treat it like one okay so within that time I found it four different companies and if you different projects pretty much all of them have gone on to do seven to eight figures in my time online with those projects and different companies okay and right now currently I am the CEO of V Media Group okay so this is an affiliate marketing network a CPA Network a performance network it depends on the terminology on you know what your background is but for the most part it’s an affiliate marketing network I manage hundreds and hundreds of affiliates and we deal with tons and tons of different direct advertisers who are product and service owners okay so it’s a real business it’s a big business and it takes a lot of work but I am the CEO of that and that’s what I currently do I also end the CEO of ad Central okay so this is the enterprise level sass campaign management tracking platform pretty much a click tracking tool okay and this is for those of you who do not know what SAS is SAS is a software as-a-service okay so it’s a software that you pay to use okay and I am the CEO that company and that is actually a company that I’ve been working on for a year and that is going to be coming out here relatively soon we are already testing I’ve been using it it’s just not publicly open yet but expect things to happen very very soon okay a little bit more about me I’ve done high ticket sales I’ve done reoccurring products information products software as-a-service I’ve done membership sites I’ve done all kind of stuff in regards to marketing affiliate marketing internet marketing are pretty much done it all I’ve been in it for a decade and a decade in this business is a very very long time okay I’m pretty much known for big scale media buying on traffic networks primarily adult dating anything in that realm I’ve pretty much am known for that but anything on display networks whether that be Google even back in the days with different display networks like post 360 and if you even know what that is you know that that goes way way back okay so every single thing I’ve done native ads mobile I mean I pretty much done it all I’ve ran campaigns and promoted offers in neutral space diet obviously dating gaming casino mobile app sweeps I mean the list goes on and on every year something different and I run all kind of stuff and my team runs all different kind of verticals okay so I have experience in media buying buying traffic marketing sales funnels I mean the list goes on and on but it’s not you know I’m not here to try to just run my mouth about myself okay I just want to let you guys know I do know what I am talking about here okay so I even traveled the world and made friends with some of the best marketers in the game I just went and snagged some pictures off my Facebook group I have a ton and ton of photos on my phone that I cannot you know I just didn’t have time to just transfer over and you might recognize some of the guys in in in some of these pictures and these this is just randomly pulled off my facebook because I was just trying to create this keynote real fast today there’s a couple different people I mean obviously you know let me move my mouse here this is alex becker he’s a CEO of market hero this is me and him in Vegas this is his birthday and by by no means am I just trying to name-drop I just want to show a little bit anticipating behind the screens that you do not know okay I’m really out there in the space and you know there’s a saying about reputation your reputation is not what you say about yourself it’s what other people say about you okay so go ahead and go and go around and ask about me and you’ll get a little bit more information about me about my reputation and I think I have a pretty good reputation for for what I know so far okay so this is ty Lopez you might know him this is my good friends who just crushed it in EECOM steve and evan tan the tan brothers this is my friend Greg Davis this is when I spoke as spoke at his Affiliate millionaires event back in DC this is neil patel this is my good friend mr. romance this is a key and you can actually just kind of look him up but he’s wanting one of the small smart markers and own some of the biggest marketing groups in Facebook and this is Peter parks good friend of mine good genuine guy I believe he’s based out in Canada but at the same time he’s always travelling in the world okay and there’s a bunch of other people I would love to put on here and I and I hate name-dropping but again I just wanted to show put a face to a voice on here and and let you know that I’m a real person and I’ve been in the space for quite some time okay in the process of doing that I obviously made a bunch of money and like every other crazy person who ends up making money you end up buying a lot of cool stuff which I don’t know it seems cool it’s just another kind of trophy you know here’s here’s a s-class that I own I even done crazy stuff like here’s a diamond encrusted pendant with my company logo on it I mean I know it’s kind of silly to some people but these are just milestones and these are things you do when you have the ability to do it okay and a bunch of you know watches that I collect and you know autumn ours and and real estate here’s a house that I purchase and here’s a Porsche that I purchased and and all this stuff is real this is not just some made-up thing I didn’t rent anything or you know I didn’t rent a Lamborghini and take a picture with it or anything like that this is all real stuff okay so with that being said it wasn’t always like that for me okay it wasn’t always to the point where I was able to rub shoulders with some of the best marketers in the game or take advice from people and learn from these people on a high level it just wasn’t really like that I was originally from Vietnam but and I was born in a refugee camp in the Philippines on the way to the United States during the Vietnam War okay so my family fled Vietnam during the war I was born in a refugee camp and from there we proceeded to you know relocate to the United States and that’s where I grew up I pretty much been here since I was 1 years old ok so you can imagine coming from a different country fleeing and being a refugee and relocating here to the United States I was you know my family and pretty much everybody around me were pretty poor so we kind of came from poverty and we lived in poverty growing up and you know we experienced all the stuff that comes with that kind of thing and I pretty sure a lot of people could relate to that okay so growing up in that type of environment I you know I just naturally ended up dropping out of high school in the tenth grade you know it’s not something I’m proud about but it was just something that happened during that time I I dropped out never attending college but still ended up getting my GED which you know some people consider the good enough diploma but you know it’s it’s not something I glorify and it sounds a lot it sounds really cliche being the high school dropout that starts it starts their own company and become successful but it’s this it’s really nothing to be proud about because I wish I did graduate and I wish I did go to college I think those are cool things to have but just for me it just didn’t work out it was the environment the neighborhood the place that I grew up and the time that I grew up okay so this was during the 90s where you know hip-hop and gangster rap and and and all this stuff was coming out so it’s just it was just a different time than it is now and it was just wasn’t the ideal environment for me to thrive in okay so I ended up hanging around with the wrong crowds of people got heavily involved with gangs drugs and you know etc pretty much all that stuff and I really held me back for quite a long time pretty sure though some people out there who can relate to that you know so it’s nothing I hide I’m not a shame about it it’s just part of what it took for me to get to where I’m at now okay so in a sense I’m grateful that I went through that because it just makes you stronger and if you were to ask my old self what my goals were in life back then it would have probably been something like this okay it would have probably been me trying to make a bunch of money probably setting up some weed operation and growing in or selling some pills or selling some coke or or even just smoking weed all day long like that wasn’t my goal back then you know and that and and and the funny part about it there’s some people out there listening to this right now and it’s their go it’s their go to achieve these these little things which is pretty much you know make some fast cash get high every day and just have a good time you know I mean so those were my goals back then and I’m glad that I was able to break away and change my goals instead of being stuck to that but you know aside from all that let me ask you a few things just to kind of get back on the topic of this presentation okay so are you experiencing any of these things right now okay are you launch campaigns but you can’t get anything to work maybe you’re like barely breaking even or you’re just losing a little bit of money you just can’t figure out how to get it to work you’re switching things around but it’s just not working maybe you just don’t have a real system you just you just don’t have any benchmarks guidelines or roadmaps to kind of follow okay so you’re just kind of just throwing whatever you can together to see if it works or maybe just can’t decide what to do you know there’s money to be made online internet marketing social media marketing whatever it may be you don’t know if you should do Amazon Shopify Facebook cpa marketing maybe you should do consulting you know maybe you should drop shipping should you do crypto I mean there’s just a ton of different things and I totally get it because there’s so many shiny objects and it’s very easy to be distracted okay maybe just don’t know what to do maybe you have a business but you just don’t know what tasks you need to do every single day to grow your business so you wake up every single day and just kind of do whatever inbound activity happens you know like you react to everything instead of creating and doing things you just don’t know what to do maybe you’re a solopreneur okay maybe you’re just doing all the work yourself maybe you’re perfectionist maybe you just don’t have the funds to build a team maybe you want to build a team but you just don’t know how to hire people how to find talent and and just just don’t know how to grow your business maybe you’re at a point where you’re running campaigns where you just hired a blackhat you know you’re tired of creating Facebook accounts and you’re tired of being Bandung you just want peace of mind you just want to be able to really just grow your business and scale and just have peace of mind okay or maybe you are one of those people who just have no network no people around you there’s no other entrepreneurs you don’t know anybody successful you don’t have any Mentors so you can’t bounce any any ideas around and you just can’t share any strategies with anybody because there’s no one to share with so maybe you’re just missing that Network aspect maybe maybe you just don’t know who to follow maybe you just don’t have any mentors and I and I totally get it okay or maybe it’s a it’s a matter of you know you’re working a job and you just don’t have enough money for your business so you don’t know how to raise money to fund your business like how do you even get started like how do you even incorporate how do you even set up a bank account how do you do any of these things in and for an experienced entrepreneur these are relatively very easy things to deal with but for someone starting out it can be it can just be the one thing that stops you okay maybe you have like campaigns that you’re working on and it’s making a little bit of money but you just don’t have a system on how to scale those things like you can’t take that you know that $100 a day campaign to a thousand dollars a day or five thousand or ten thousand and you know that’s really frustrating or maybe you’re just at a point where you’ve been trying this online thing and you’re like depressed you’re just anxious you’re frustrated and aggravating and just pretty much lost on what you need to do you know I mean you’ve just you just you just sped up and you just don’t know what to do and you’re just lost or maybe at a point where you’re just so behind on bills and you’re just not living the type of life the dream life that you thought working online would bring you are building an online business will bring you and and you’re watching everybody else online on Facebook and everywhere else crush it yet you’re just kind of behind and you’re just kind of not making money and you’re just not living the life that you thought it would be and things just aren’t all cracked up to the way they they’re supposed to be okay and trust me man I have been there I’ve done this for a decade and I know exactly what it’s like it took me a long time I’ve done this full-time for a decade but it took me a few years prior to that to actually gain some traction and make things work okay and things dein change for me personally until I started networking with like-minded people who are already doing what I wanted to achieve okay it’s very easy to get in this mindset where you’re not you’re not opening up or maybe it’s your ego that’s holding you back you know that that’s stopping you from actually seeing success what started changing it for me being open and just being humble and saying hey maybe I don’t know everything I need to know because if I did I would be where I need to be at you know so I started networking with people started giving value sharing with people ideas and strategies in return they would share with me and give me a mentorship and I would learn and that’s how I fast tracked and that’s how I got ahead and started seeing results okay and I noticed for a mature are a beginner in the business I was just kind of doing whatever I wanted to do just kind of winging it all the time so I realized once I sat down and started creating systems for every single process of my business in regards to like launching ads how do I launch ads how do i optimize how do i scale you know there’s there’s kind of benchmarks for all this stuff there’s roadmaps and blueprints guidelines that you can follow which aren’t a hundred percent you know guaranteed but at least you have something to kind of fall back on at least you have you know a checklist of stuff that’ll help you stay on track of K instead of just winging it every time you know besides all the technical stuff I really had to get serious about improving my personal development and that really reflected on how much deep work I could do daily okay so I’m talking about my eating habits my sleeping habits stuff I did in social groups I even given up alcohol you know it’s been over five years since I had a sip alcohol okay and that was a very hard thing for me to do because especially in business this is a very social type of business where when you meet people they talk about hey can I buy you a beer hey let’s meet up to have a drink and then when you go party with people everyone’s drinking and you know and downing liquor shops and stuff like that and it’s very hard to have self-control but I realized if you really want to be successful you need to develop these personal habits okay and if you look at anybody who’s really successful they have strong willpower they have like really militant a militant mindset on how they go about doing stuff okay they just they just have that that self-control and that discipline to just just get the work done or to say no if it if it derails them from you know being successful okay so you got to get really serious about your personal development I started you know when I first started I I thought I was a genius I started I just wanted to like innovate and like create new ideas and recreate the wheel but in the reality is the moment I started copying copying proven sales funnels and marketing strategies that other people are using and just pretty much modeling myself after them and mimicking what they did and then you know adding my own little twist to it that’s when I really started seeing success and it’s the same thing that goes with affiliate marketing or internet marketing you gotta see what’s out there and then kind of research see what’s out there copy mimic whatever your model whatever you want to call it and just you know put your own little twist on it but the first thing you need to do is just follow proven sales funnels there’s certain things and certain business practices that will forever just be the way they are and it’s just set in stone and all you need to do is just follow these steps and it’s a lot easier than just you know trying to create everything originally and just kind of reinvent the wheel that’s just like a surefire way to like waste a lot of time and you got to be humble you’re not you’re you know if you already knew how to do these things you would already be achieving these things okay so be humble and just start kind of copying what other people are doing and kind of get in the flow of how the market is doing things and just kind of follow along it’s just a lot easier okay so based on all that stuff I pretty much invented my own concepts and strategies based on what I learned and implemented it created my own systems created my own approaches and that is what got me a lot of results and kept me having results after all these years okay and you know the results will speak for themselves I can Yap and talk about all this stuff all day long but let’s take a quick look here okay so I put up some quick screenshots this is a month what this is the average month in 2018 so it says two hundred eighty-nine thousand three hundred sixty dollars in 59 cents average per month in 2018 how I got that number was basically put up a report of last year from January 1st to December 31st 2018 and if you look on the very bottom I don’t know if you could see this with the screen but it says a little roughly over 3.4 million so I just took that amount and divided by 12 different months and this is the average and if you look you can see the average revenue you know two hundred eighty eight thousand three hundred ninety-eight thousand some months were low hundred sixty five thousand but overall average it ends up being around two hundred eighty nine thousand three hundred sixty dollars in fifty nine cents okay this is a screenshot of a house off for install and for those of you for those of you those of you who do not know what Hass offers is house offers is a tracking platform mainly affiliate networks use this stuff this is not my affiliate Network I have a separate install just for my media buying team for the time being I like to load different offers in here and have a centralized place to host offers and select that and me and my media buying team coming here we pull links and we just run it through here we probably could save a couple milliseconds on redirect speeds if we just bypass this and just use the you know direct tracking platform but it for me it’s a lot easier to manage them control things and you know keep an eye on things if I set it up in my own install of house offers okay so this is an example of what I’ve done with just lead gen and well not all Lee Jim but a majority of its Legion and some there’s some trial stuff in there I’ll be honest about that but this is all pretty much CPA marketing okay so performance marketing promoting basically buying traffic and promoting different offers and making money off those offers okay I’ve also done some stuff with high ticket offers okay so here’s another screenshot of a stripe which is basically a merchant account that does processing it accepts credit cards and visa and mastercards and you know all that stuff pretty much just some high ticket and it’s not super high ticket I mean I consider anything above $2,000 pretty much high ticket some people other people you know they have their own own idea what high ticket means but for the most part here’s an example of some successful transactions that have happened for selling high ticket offers okay so I have experience with high ticket offers not just cpa marketing or media buying and stuff like that i also do a lot in the recurring offer space okay so here’s an example of selling recurring off it’s a $99 offer and if you look closely there’s 3687 results so the thing I like about reoccurring offers is it’s a it’s more of a low priced item but what happens is when someone signs up think of it like a gym membership okay it’s a lot harder to acquire the customer initially but once you sign them up they end up sticking around for years to come sometimes for quite some time and sometimes they don’t sometimes it’s maybe 2 3 months but the point is if you can have a reoccurring offer and and and know that you’re gonna get someone someone’s just basically going to be charged every single month it’s a really good way to have peace of mind it’s a really good business model because you can expect a certain amount of income to come next month and the following month ok versus doing a one one-time offer like you know selling something and that’s the end of it they’re just that one sell this is a lot better because you get them on the membership or you get them on the subscription and they’re being billed on a recurring basis over and over and over again until they quit ok so think about it to go back to the gym membership thing you know most people they sign up for the gym membership they pay every month to go but a lot of people end up not going to the gym for several months but they’re still being billed ok so that’s kind of the concept here even if they’re not utilizing your services you’re still generating income and I and I really think selling recurring offers our subscription-based offers are creating your own offers are a really lucrative way to grow your business and have actual sustainability and stability promoting offers and having stuff like that online so here’s another screenshot of a lower ticket subscription offer that I set up this is a forty seven dollar one and if you look closely I might just start doing this there’s 200 results here it’s kind of a its kind of a testing I’m doing if you look closely it says disputed so I do want to say it’s not all like all sunshine and rainbows okay there’s there’s actually times where people get disgruntled and and they don’t want to pay for so they instead of asking for a refund they’ll just charge back your your purchase so I you know I have some disputes here and there but you know that’s kind of how the how the game goes is pretty much just a numbers game okay so a hundred people sign up to your offer there’s gonna be a small percentage of people who are gonna charge back and refund their credit card okay because a lot of the times they just don’t know what the charge is or you know the other part of the time they’re just you know they’re just douchebags to lack of better words okay and they just want to they just want to use your services and then not pay for it okay but anyhow this is lower ticket subscription offers again I’m a I’m a big fan of not just promoting affiliate offers but I’m also a big advocate of creating your own offers and creating different type of different type of product structures and offers like you know the mid-level subscription offers or the low ticket subscription offers or even the high ticket sales I think all that in the combination and that really provides a stable business for you online and I think everyone should do it it doesn’t necessarily have to be a one-off offer it can be a service so think about it like even an agency approach where you are charging your clients you know $1,000 a month $2000 a month to manage maybe some aspect of their marketing whether it be social media or it could be just consulting every single month but the same concept the concept is the same you’re charging a client a set amount and they’re being charged on a recurring basis every single month so it’s it’s something really powerful and it’s a good way for you to pretty much expect income every single month okay so let’s just kind of move on to the next thing but I get I think you guys get what I’m talking about it’s great it’s it’s a really good business model and it’s one that I’m really pushing moving forward okay but here’s the thing about that everything’s all fine and dandy when you see numbers online in screenshots and all that stuff but it really doesn’t count until it lands in your bank account period all that money is all all just kind of like not real until you have it in your bank account and you can pretty much withdraw and do what you want to do okay so here’s another stripe account I have I have a ton of different merchant account I can’t pretty I mean I would if I could I just don’t have the time to screenshot and load up and do all these keynotes of different accounts I just want to give you guys an idea of what’s possible here okay so here are some payouts in my stripe merchant account these are pretty much daily deposits so every day money gets transferred from my stripe into my my business bank account okay sometimes it’s like every two days three days if it’s the weekend or whatnot but pretty much it’s set to withdrawal or pretty much pull the money out from here this merchant count into my bank account every single day okay so you can see some of the stuff that happens on a daily basis okay and again I’m not doing this stuff to try to brag I’m just trying I’m just trying to let you guys know that having an online business is real and there’s a lot of different approaches and different sales funnels different marketing funnels different price points different type of offerings that you can create that will work and make you a lot of money okay so by no means am I trying to brag I just I hate actually showing all this kind of stuff but if I don’t show you guys when wouldn’t even listen to me okay so so yeah so that’s that make sure that the money hits your bank account and that you can spend it okay everything else is just fluff okay just just BS but with that being said you know I’m gonna keep this really short I want to introduce you to something that I got going on okay it’s called the affiliate business mastermind okay so on June 1st the June 2nd 2019 so this is pretty much at the end of this month in Las Vegas Nevada I’m hosting a in-person live workshop okay so here’s a couple of pictures from some previous masterminds different groups of people I have a ton of pictures I just can’t fit everything in a keynote and I just don’t have time to dig it up but what it is is a in-person workshop it’s just me and a small group of people hopefully yourself that will get together in a small room in my hotel suite and we’ll just spend two days going over everything in my business every different thing that I do and here’s an example of some of the stuff you’re going to learn there ok so I’m going to talk about media okay so this is all the ads the creatives the banners the Landers to offers different traffic networks how I launch campaigns how to optimize how i monetize stuff and how I increase my ROI and actually how I make money with my campaigns okay it’s pretty much gonna be a lot about CPA marketing everything about the performance marketing space and while I said why I still think it’s one of the most lucrative business models in the world because it’s not just Li gen you can get paid for downloads email submits app installs is just a bunch of different methods for you to get paid without having to have somebody pull out a credit card okay so that’s the that’s the lucrative side of the business and a lot of those screenshots and some of those revenues that I showed you before a lot of those came from just strictly lead gen so basically someone filling out their first you know filling out a username and an email so no no private information about them is just pretty much I’m being paid for people to fill out a short form so it’s very lucrative okay so I’m obviously gonna talk about something if you guys know who I am I’m pretty big an adult and dating vertical I think nowadays everybody is on tinder everybody’s hooking up online it’s very normal for people to to download them a dating app and connect with other people and hook up okay so it’s just how things are going the trend is getting more and more every single year and I’m gonna pretty much pull back the curtain on one of the largest niches online and it’s the adult and and the dating niche I mean let’s be honest every single day somebody’s old enough coming of age where they want to you know have a boyfriend or a girlfriend or maybe someone wants to find a husband or wife or maybe someone’s going out of a divorce or maybe just somebody wants to hooked up with somebody else and find companionship it’s just so much the man in that niche that is always going to be there year after year and it’s why it’s one of those verticals that I’ve stuck with over the years and I’m gonna pretty much pull back everything on that and show you all the stuff I do in that particular business okay I think a lot of people struggle with actually going from a solo affiliate like a solopreneur to actually team building okay so I get a lot of questions on how do I hire media buyers because let’s face it you don’t want to be the person behind the screen all day running campaigns and not able to grow your business you want to work on your business and just not in your business okay so I’m gonna talk about team building how I hire media buyers you know how do you compensate those people how do you find the people how do you manage them and pretty much every aspect of building a team in regards to that okay I also want to talk about the affiliate network model okay because I’ve I currently own and operate a fairly large affiliate network and I want to talk about acquiring affiliates growth hacks how to grow revenue operations and a lot of the best business practices on setting up your own affiliate network okay and you may be a product owner or somebody who has some type of product or service and you may be looking to have affiliates underneath you so this is a good thing to learn because it showed you how to manage everybody and how to set everything up all the technical aspects and all the you know all the best business practices that you need to put in place to avoid any serious or fatal mistakes because trust me running an affiliate network is a very risky business and it helps to learn from somebody who is actually doing it right now okay so I go over everything in regards to setting up an affiliate network and managing one and all the best practices in between okay I want to talk about products and content creation stuff like information products courses different type of sales funnels pricing points marketing funnels you know phone scripts pricing customer acquisition pretty much everything in regards to creating different types of products and different type of content because there’s a lot of people out there who want to make money with affiliate marketing but would prefer to create their own information products they may be an expert in a specific field and maybe they want to get to the point where they want to create their own products or create different content and monetize and they just want to know how to set up the different sales funnels and marketing funnels and what they should price things at and just pretty much how to make money with different pricing models similar to the different screenshots that I showed you with the low ticket the high ticket offers and the reoccurring offers there’s a bunch of other different models that I’ve used and they all seem to work and there’s different people that need different things for their business so I want to cover that stuff because I think it’s very lucrative I think it’s an easy way for people to see profit right away and at the same time provide value and also position themselves in you know in their marketplace as the authority okay so that’s what I want to cover there I want to talk about business and financing okay a lot of people just don’t know how to incorporate set up a company how to you know acquire credit lines just how to structure everything what type of entity they should set up and you know I do want to say I’m not a I’m not a licensed professional at this but I’ve been doing this for quite some time over a decade and and I set up multiple companies so I do know a thing or two about structuring and operations and management and stuff like that I also want to talk about bank accounts and and how I set up different things and just pretty much how I do it with my business and how I set up things just to have the optimal result and how to just pretty much do all that stuff in regards to finances and managing money and how I set up different accounts and stuff like that okay there is another topic that I want to talk about at the at the event it’s going to be sass creation okay so there’s some people there who are interested in creating their own software okay so in the last year I spent a huge amount of time and money even years before that trying to create different softwares and stuff like that I had different successes and and I’ve created different type of software’s and I pretty much share all you know all my fatal mistakes with everybody I’ll also share how I found the developers my team how I implemented stuff how I manage the entire project to save the most money how I ended the whole project how I you know how startups how to bootstrap a start-up if you’re trying to bootstrap things maybe you’re trying to do an equity play with your developers or another partner I talked about different equity strategies on offering equity and maybe you’re just or maybe you may have a software now but you’re just trying to figure out different customer acquisition methods okay so I talked about customer acquisition different types of sales funnels that I’m going to be putting in place and marketing tactics and stuff like that so it’s going to be it’s a little bit premature I must say because the my actual company for this particular product is not public yet but by the time you probably see this or the upcoming weeks it will be public but for the most part I will be kind of just sharing how I will go about launching that because I’ve had different software in the past and the same the approach was pretty much the same and I’m had success there okay so you know amongst all that stuff there’s just gonna be endless face-to-face questions and answers and stuff like that I’m gonna be able to answer your questions and pretty much everything else that’s holding you back from making a breakthrough with your business okay so there’s online courses there’s you know there’s their stuff you can do information products you can watch and you can and you can learn but I’m telling you right now at the very high higher level the top of the pyramid the people who really make leaps and bounds and the people who really get results are the people who are willing to travel and meet people face-to-face okay look at anybody in the space who you consider Authority they all host their own masterminds they all host their own workshops and in-person meetups it’s because the power of being face-to-face and making friends and networking with people is just there’s no there’s you can’t put a price on it there’s just so much value there so it’s not just me giving information there’s gonna be a small group of people in the room with you who will also be able to get input and these are all high-level guys and normal guys to not just like you’re gonna be out of you’re out of your league or everything everybody even the smartest guy can learn something from the next man okay so there’s gonna be a group of people in the room who are going to be able to give input on your questions and also share some of the strategies that work for them and there’s all different types of backgrounds so it’s just nice to be in a room with like-minded people who speak the same language as you do as you do I mean so so what can you expect okay and this is what I’m kind of looking for and this is the reason I did this presentation on June 1st June 2nd 2019 in Las Vegas Nevada you can expect two full days of learning content and networking so pretty much I’m gonna be sharing everything that I spoke about before and you’re gonna be able to hang with a small group of people okay so this is gonna be a little different so this is a mastermind group so it’s gonna be a small group this is not a seminar or like a in style where you walk in the room and there’s 300 people in there and there’s a couple people on stage talking and sharing content this is gonna be more personal you’re gonna be sitting at the same table you’re gonna be you know up close and personal with everybody even myself in a small hotel suite and we’re just gonna be able to talk and get to know each other and become friends okay so a lot of people that I that I had the privilege of meeting in my past masterminds have gone on to become lifelong friends with me some of them have even become business partners in a sense we we bounce ideas and share strategies and stuff like that so it’s it’s a lot of valued area in a small group so don’t feel it so this is gonna be some seminar or conference while you can get a lot of value from those I just I I just feel having a small group is the way to go is how everyone opens up there’s no egotistical people in the room and everyone is just willing to share because it’s a small group of people who just want to see success okay so the what you can expect is the ability and access and network with other people who are pretty much on the same page as you okay so even that alone you’re gonna you’re gonna meet a lot of top-level guys who are going to be able to share with you some of the stuff that they’ve gone to gone through to so it’s just really awesome okay so if that sounds like something that that may be of interest to you I would love to kind bunch of people who I can network with and even pick up the phone and call nowadays and before it was just kind of like a pipe dream I just could never imagine having that having that rolodex but
