hey everyone welcome to finding work at home jobs comm and today I'm talking about a company named concentric they are hiring right now they just sent me an email and letting me know that they're hiring for a specific position and best of all if you are in need of a referral they are allowing all of my readers to use me as a referral so please just mention my first and last name um if you need a referral and you'll find my name at the bottom of this video let me take you over to the jobless you can see a little bit more about it um this is a full-time job well at least that's how its listed here but when I receive the email the the company told me that they're actually offering both part-time and full-time positions this is for a position as a software support customer service rep and the part-time schedules are usually between 20 to 29 hours per week and full-time is 40 hours per week their schedules fall between 5 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Pacific time but they are scheduled or subject to change and they're based on business needs you're gonna have scheduled lunches and breaks and they wanted me to pass along that exact schedules are not discussed until the point of a job offer and they're based on their business needs the trainings full-time and and it's a required set schedule that may actually be different from the actual schedule that you'll get after training and you do get paid during training so it's paid training here's something that you should know webcam usage is required during both the training and production so the webcam will be provided for you but it is mandatory for this position so and then also the equipment requirements must be met prior to training but no equipment is required until an offer for employment is May so don't feel that you have to go out and buy anything right now they will let you know what they need you to buy and remember that everything that you buy for a job such as this is tax deductible so save your receipts show them to your tax person at the end of the year for a tax deduction but basically you're gonna probably need a internet of course it'll have to be hardwired so not wireless you'll need a basic phone service a corded phone and a headset with mute capability I will put links to the actual corded phone that I use in my home office because they are really hard to find and you want a good quality one and the headsets are usually easier to find you can go to any office max office depot even a Best Buy and you can find a good headset depending on what your phone is you'll want to wait until you get your phone to make sure that you get the right headset for it then just go to one of those stores and tell them what you need and they'll show you which one is the best one or you can also scope it out at one of those stores like Best Buy office max office depot and then just go online and with the name with the manufacturer name brand name you could probably find it really cheap online okay as far as pay the pay for this position is $10 per hour unless otherwise indicated by local state laws you also um I think that's it actually so anyway the requirements should be on this job lead itself so you'll see what you will be required to have for example you are required to have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year or more of customer service experience you're gonna need to be able to work on evenings and weekends and then we already talked about you know the high speed internet etc etc and then here are more of the headsets see you you're gonna need a USB headset for online training that will plug into your computer those are really easy to get online just go to Amazon or you can go to eBay did so you're gonna need a corded headset that's a headset that does plug in to your telephone headset so it sounds like what you're gonna need is a USB headset that plugs into your computer for training and then you're gonna need a corded headset that plugs into your phone for when you actually start working so just let you know that you're gonna need two sets of headsets so they're you they usually run about thirty dollars each if you buy them online I'll put a link to the ones that I use at the bottom of this video if you're interested in looking at them so anyway that is concentric sand again you can use my name if you need a referral it's an easy way to get a referral and that is it good luck guys
