hi folks this is gene Kalinda and I just want to have a little chat with you today and tell you about the offer that you're looking at it's called social home services and let me give you the backstory on this so you'll understand what I've done with it and what's possible for you first of all last year I bought a pack of social graphics to be posted on Facebook and it was outside of my normal niche that I usually go after which is home services and roofers but I thought well I'll try this and so I paid about three hundred dollars for that pack of graphics and I figured out how to auto post using a piece of software that's dirt cheap and so I just started selling that service to this other niche which is in the medical community and I got a lot of clients for it I mean and they didn't pay me a lot but you know what I discovered little payments add up now a couple of those people that I was providing this service for actually came back to me and they said wow we really like what you're doing and what else do you do so I built a website and I did some SEO and some Google Maps marketing and what-have-you but a lot of the people that I that I'm doing the the posting for they never came back and said that but you know what it's okay because really that niche was outside of my comfort zone but here's what happened I get to collect those little payments which run between 100 and 200 dollars most of them are at the hundred dollar rate and somewhere on the sales page you're going to see a snapshot of my QuickBooks where I'm going to show you that it's hundred-dollar payments had become in every month since last June but here's the best part once I set it up I've never touched it I don't have to do anything no fulfillment I don't have to look at it every month I set it up on auto on auto post and those graphics and I have I had a little over 200 of them they just recycle themselves and I really I really don't have to do anything and so imagine if you had let's say 25 of those and you were collecting $100 a month little payments right well that's $2,500 who wouldn't want that for doing nothing once you spend about two hours setting things up so then I thought recently I thought wow if this worked for this other niche I wonder if I had a graphic designer to make them for my favorite niche which which is roofers now you might remember you may not but I had a course last year called a roofer roundup and I told people how to prospect and close roofers and I told you why I specialized in roofing because it's a very high-paying niche they have a good budget if you pick the right people so I thought I would love to not only add on this service for my roofing clients but I would love to get other roofing companies that perhaps needed something and if if they just sell it or if I just sell it and and they pay me the hundred dollars a month great I'll take 10 15 20 more of those and if any of those turn into higher ticket clients which last week one did had a roofer from the state of Arkansas that actually contacted me and so that's even better so he's at my normal twelve hundred dollars a month right so there is one of three things that can happen here for you you can use this and sell it to a roofing company and just collect your hundred dollars and just do it often enough that it adds up little payments add up or you could offer to do this as a foot in the door service for a roofer and then he'll turn into a client once you've established that hey you're trustworthy you do good work they like it their engagement goes way up and that's how I got the guy in Arkansas or you could just go out and start selling the hundred dollar or the $200 off whatever you think you could get month's service to roofing clients so with that said I am bringing you social home services the roofing edition and I've had a graphic designer to put together a hundred and eighty top-notch graphics and I'm doing total training for you on how to set this up using a special software it cost about a dollar a client per month to do this it's really cheap now the setup takes a little bit of time maybe two two and a half hours but I'm showing you every step of it I'm also gonna offer some more marketing material and perhaps one of the upsells that comes along with this but really you're gonna have everything you need with the
