hey what’s going on everyone it’s John Armstrong here aka the seven-figure super affiliate and in this video in this five minute Friday we’re gonna be talking all about outsourcing [Applause] [Music] [Applause] now outsourcing is something that I started doing last year and I only I was only able to do outsource him because I’d got to that point in my business where as able to start affording to hire these virtual assistants okay I’d got to that point where as making enough money and I just wanted to have a ton of free time and this is probably one of the best decisions that I’ve made for my business because it’s a lot it’s freed up so much more extra time that I would otherwise be having to do these tasks myself now unfortunately you can’t outsource your whole business as an affiliate marketer this there’s a couple of essential things that you just absolutely cannot outsource such as making videos making review videos you know making tutorials whatever you can outsource that because that’s you right that’s your face you can’t help us at all so you can outsource your email writing because your subscribers are going to be used to your style of writing and if anybody else does to try and write your emails they’re gonna know that they’re gonna know that something’s wrong right so those two things you absolutely cannot outsource but pretty much everything else you can which is great so the things that I outsource are graphics okay all my graphics I outsource my bonus pages so my VA has access to my commission griller account and he can make some awesome awesome looking bonus pages like this one right here okay this this is a kind of standard bonus page that I get my the VA to make every single time he makes all of these bonus graphics for me inside of canva all I need to do is just give him we share our Google Calendar right so whenever there’s a launch coming up that I’m gonna be promoting all I need to do is enter in the following details into to my calendar so so I just give him the my affiliate link okay I turned the JV page I give him the sales page I give him the JV doc I give him the review access and I give him my bonus my custom bonus ideas that I’m going to be using for this but to the launch right now he will go out and he will go to canva and he will make graphics for every single one of these bonuses and then it’ll go into Commission gorilla and it’ll create a really nice-looking bonus page like this based on the sales page as well and he will wrap it all nicely together and even he will go and make my youtube descriptions for me okay in a notepad formula like like this one right right here you can see so all I need to do is just copy and paste this into my YouTube and go and make the review video everything else has been done for me right and obviously I need to go and write the emails but that doesn’t really take too long okay so I also outsource my sales pages like this one right here we outsource the whole design of this sales page to a guy called Justin okay right and I think he charges around fifteen hundred dollars for a sales page but he does a really really good job now his company is called Pixar build and they have a they have a Facebook page which is called pics are built so just go and search for this name on Facebook if you’re interested in getting a sales page mate they will do everything that you need doing okay so that’s another thing that I outsource and I also outsource some of my email answering my email replying now some of my emails the summer some of some people that reply to my emails you know they have very very basic questions and once you do an email marketing for any kind of period of time you’re gonna see the same kind of questions popping up time and time again how do I get my bonuses where’s my affiliate link you know very very basics type of questions and these kind of questions crop up all the time so I also have my VA go into my email and and go filter through my email to find those basic questions and I give him a copy and paste reply that he can go and send to those people okay now I also outsource some of my more technical email writing but I outsource that to one of my students who’s who’s who knows how marketing works okay there’s two types of VA s out there right you have Filipino VA s which great at doing kind of graphics works copy and paste off and that that kind of thing in basic basic email answering and then you if you’re gonna get somebody to do the more advanced email answering then you need to have somebody who knows what they’re talking about right who knows your business inside out so I’ve got a head I’ve done that with one of my students who’s often come in and I’ve taken him on as an apprentice okay so he can see exactly what I’m doing he can replicate this in his own business and he can reply to those more technical emails if he can’t reply to them then he Flags them and then I go through and I answer those flagged emails personally because obviously they’re a bit beyond his scope okay that again has saved me so much time and as an email marketer you’ll you’ll find that you get a ton of negative replies from people right and when I used to what I used to go through my emails myself it was some of these some of these people were just ruin your day with the stuff that they say to you right so that’s something that I don’t really enjoy doing I mean I get some great emails from some people and I’m really happy and they’re positive and I like replying to them but the majority the time unfortunately is a lot of negative related emails so that’s something that has taken a big weight off my shoulders as well okay so where do you find these virtual assistants right well the first place that you can go to is a place called online jobs pH now these are all Filipino based VA s I have used these guys in the past although I wasn’t really a hundred percent satisfied with them now so what you need to do here is there’s there’s thousands of VA s on here that are looking for work right they don’t cost that much but some of them the ones that I got didn’t really do that good of a job okay what you need to do what you need to bear in mind what if you are planning on using online jobs that pH is the prices are a lot cheaper but you do need to shortlist okay you need to put out a job post okay but you need to answer some specific you need to make some specific questions in that job post the only kind of intelligent people would be able to answer and then you get a ton of people sending their answers back you know hundreds of people are going to be answering to that job post because they want the job to be your VA right you need to go through every single one of those posts and shortlist okay so find people that have really good ink written English because that’s going to be important people that have kind of a sense of humor in the way that they reply because that’s going to help with your business relationship as well and just make sure that you are vetting these VA so you can try and find the best one because ultimately these people are going to be working with you long term you want to have your honor establish a good working relationship with them and you need to kick that off right from the start to find somebody who you could work with easily right so I don’t use online jobs pH anymore I use this company here for all of my Filipino VA s now it’s called one two three employee so one two three employee comm these are the guys that I use they have a couple of different packages on here they have the silver package which is forty hours a month so ten hours per week and that’s five hundred ninety seven dollars the gold package which is eighty hours a month so twenty hours per week and that’s eight hundred ninety seven dollars and then they have the Platinum package which is one that I’m using which is forty hours per week 160 hours a month and it’s one thousand three hundred eighty seven dollars now it’s worth it if you have the money if you’ve got to that stage in your business it is well worth it to invest in one of these employees because they are just gonna free up so much more of your time okay now how do you outsource well based on my personal experience I would suggest that you know you know your business inside out okay you know how to make these bonus pages from scratch you know how to make these graphics from scratch you know I used to do everything myself up until kind of mid 2018 so I’d already been doing this for about a year and I was doing everything myself so I knew exactly what I was doing it’s important that you know exactly what you’re doing as well before you outsource this to somebody else now the best way to do it is to make a tutorial video so record yourself record your screen and just talk through exactly what this person needs to do show them exactly how you make your bonus pages where your links go where you get your graphics from you know how you make your graphics on like canva or somewhere like that what ideas you have as graphics how everything fits together you need to be really specific inside of these tutorial videos because then you’re gonna give the link of these YouTube videos to that VA so that he can learn the ropes okay and you need to monitor him every step of the way to start off with okay and still even when my but my my VA is making my bonus pages I go into my bonus pages almost every time and I check that my affiliate links are correct because there’s been a few times where he’s put the wrong affiliate link into my bonus page so I don’t get paid for a promotion that I do so it’s really important that you double-check everything right now I get in touch with my VA via Skype so we talk over Skype if I have any extra jobs for him to do or anything like that then it’s all done via Skype he sends me back my bonus pages my YouTube texts and everything via Skype so that’s kind of how it works anyway that is my kind of 101 on outsourcing as an affiliate marketer I hope you found it useful if you did please give this video a
