January but this is a company named ard matrix and it used to be that they offered this temporary position twice a year in the spring and in the fall but it looks like they've got a winter assignment now so I don't know if now it's being offered three times a year but it sure looks like it again this is a temporary position that begins on Tuesday January the 2nd the neat thing about this position is you don't have to worry about having background noise with this job a lot of work at home positions when you're on the phone they are very careful to state that they don't want to hear children or dogs in the background but this one it's okay for you to have background noise basically what you'd be doing is you'd be posing as a renter coleen apartment complexes and finding out how much it would be to rent an apartment or any specials that they have going on etc etc they call it a rent survey and let me take you down to pay so that you understand what this entails basically let me take you here it is so if you work for your D matrix for this winter survey you would be paid six dollars per hour and a piece rate of fifty cents for surveys marked done now if the survey is a wrong number if you mark it as a wrong number you still get paid thirty cents you get twenty cents for surveys that are partially done and seven cents for surveys will you reach an answering machine or if there's answer so you're gonna get paid at least minimum wage in your area for all the hours that you work however if you're fast if you're efficient you can get paid more than minimum wage so this particular job will start on January the 2nd 2018 so basically you have to be ready to go that's the first day they expect everyone to be working on that date so like I says here 27 days to go you have 27 days what you can do is you can go to Craigslist go to the job search page and then type in the search term remote scheduling assistant to see if this job is available in your area possibly it's not available right now so the best thing that I would suggest you do is go to IFTTT and set up a job alert where you will actually get emailed when this job lead pops up on Craigslist you'll be you'll get an immediate email when that job list comes up if you're not sure how to do that I put together a page on how IFTTT can automate your local job search for you for free and I take you through with pictures and telling you exactly what you need to do it's very easy but basically you know if you do it this way you don't have to just go on Craigslist every single day and see if Clara labs is offering this job all you would have to do is set up this job alert and I'll show you how to do it and then you'll get an email when this job becomes available so about the job itself you'd be a remote home-based scheduling assistant and Clara loves what they do is they they set up our scheduled appointments for companies and for individuals who work for companies and what you would do is you would go kind of like be working behind the computer to make sure that the computer isn't making errors so you'd be the human eyes behind the computer making sure that everything is going correctly so five to twenty five hours per week grading exams for English courses then Penn Foster is hiring they hire often just let you know though as far as your education you do have to have a master's degree in English or have a master's degree with an undergraduate degree in English the pay is not listed here but I seem to remember it was about $20.00 per hour and it's from home and you'd be grading
