The company raised an $8.5 million seed round led by TLV Partners and a $34 million Series A round, with Jump Capital in the lead. Other backers include Skinos, Ansa Capital, and the co-founders of Armis. Pluto began selling in April 2026 and reports more than $2 million in annual recurring revenue.
It already counts over 30 enterprise customers, such as Oscar Health, Workato, Sixt, and AlphaSense. CEO Shahar Bahat says 70% of the sales pipeline is inbound. That kind of pull usually means buyers feel the pain already.
The Surprise: Non-Developers Create Most of the Risk
Bahat says about 60% of the risks Pluto detects originate in tools put together by people who are not developers, often called vibe coding. Finance teams are the biggest source. Marketing and legal follow, and developers rank fourth.
One example stands out. In one case, a finance staffer at a large corporation put together a tool holding customer and churn information, and it was left open to the public web. Nobody meant harm. They simply wanted a faster spreadsheet.
