out selling online you know one of the first things they start asking is hey what do I sell what kinds of things should I be selling well I don’t want to tell you what to sell per se because once you really get into this business of selling especially physical product like you figure out the less people that know you know things about what you’re selling the less people know about your sources and sometimes that’s the better I guess it just kind of depends on the product but uh well I like to talk to people about genres I like to talk to people about certain like little niches that sell now what I want to talk to you guys today about was a the niche of a blind bags right as an example only use a little McDonald’s figure now I’m using that and right off the bat I’m telling you don’t go out there and trying to buy McDonald’s figures okay it sucks to make money off of those things I mean you’re not gonna make very much money off of them generally you’re not gonna make very much money and the reason why is because I think the reason why is because McDonald’s is the largest distributor of toys in America okay they sell more they distribute more toys in America than anybody else okay so the toys are highly highly highly you know done there they’re everywhere they’re everywhere it’s hard to make money off of them because there’s so many of them anyways that being said let’s talk about blind bags okay this little guy right here when McDonald’s released these toys this is a little NFL Russia’s own figures McDonald mcdonald’s released last year during football season when they released them something there was something really cool about them okay first of all they’re NFL which is cool because there’s a lot of people out there who love NFL okay second of all they’re a little toy ok thirdly they released one forever single team in the NFL but the coolest thing about these things was that they released them in these blind bags which means that when you got one in a Happy Meal you didn’t know which one you were getting there was no way to see which figure you were gonna get now that this opens up a whole like inflates the after market it inflates the aftermarket greatly and I’ll tell you why it inflates it because now all of a sudden it’s easier for people to go on eBay or Amazon and pick up the figure they want it’s cheaper because they don’t know how many of those things they’re gonna have to buy to get all the figures they need if someone loves this team he wants to blind bet he wants the little he wants little rush zone for this team I’m like Cleveland Browns fan I wanted the Cleveland Browns rush zone that’s the one I wanted okay my uncle you know he was a great great big-time Bears fan so now I got the Cleveland Browns with the little bears of football but the point is the point is you know people wanted these things for lots of different reasons and they didn’t know which one that we’re gonna get when they got it from McDonald’s so automatically that blind bag inflated that the after market you guys see what I’m saying so now you know not with McDonald’s first of all but like generally if it’s not a McDonald’s toy generally you take a blind bag item but let’s say the blind bag is you know three dollars or whatever you can instantly up that you can instantly take this and make it six dollars okay you know and you’ll sell it you will sell it people will rather pay you six dollars for your figure that they know what they’re getting then pay three dollars like 20 times trying to get the figure that they want you know blind bags are awesome if you’re a reseller your eyes and ears should just perk up when you hear a blind bag okay um generally you’re talking about high volume low profit sales you got to sell a lot of them to make money you know you’re talking about something that you’re gonna make a profit margin of like you know four or five bucks on each one okay so you gotta sell a lotta to make money this is a situation where your impulse alert is going to come in handy okay because the thing about it is man you pull these out of the blonde bag then you automatically just impulse seal it in plastic the perception of that being in plastic that picture of that thing being in plastic goes so far with your buyers okay you can say this thing’s like new all day I took it out in the blind bag I set it on a shelf it’s never been touched that’s one thing but you showing a picture of that thing in plastic saying hey I took this out of a blind bag I instantly reseal it with my ample sealer it’s been sitting in plastic ever since that goes way farther the perception is completely different okay and that one fact will sell these things at double the price so it’s something to think about blind bags okay you know what you’re wondering what kinds of things you can sell on Amazon what kinds of things you can sell online blind bags at these little blind bags where you get the little blind bag and it comes with three figures and a little blind bag guess what you buy the blind bag for 399 or whatever you piece those figures out you impulse seal them individually you sell them at like three ninety-nine apiece they were getting three ninety-nine in a blind bag for three of them no you’re gonna sell them for 399 apiece is it price gouging no it’s not price gouging it’s not price gouging because they’re paying you for the fact that they’re getting what they want that’s not something they can get from the retail store okay they can’t get that in a blind bag who knows how many blind bags they’re gonna have to buy to get that anyways blind bags check them out I’m not saying you’re gonna get rich selling blind bags I’m saying it’s a great way to supplement what you’re already doing and yeah you you can’t you can get rich doing anything if you do it enough trust me blind bags are pretty cool I definitely recommend putting that in your arsenal anyways hope videos been helpful to
